Entry & Access

- Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses may be restricted at the discretion of sale staff.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of customers inside the home for safety and security.

Payment

- We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
- All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or guarantees.
- Sales tax will be collected where required by law unless a valid reseller permit is presented.

Pricing & Discounts

- Prices are not disclosed before the sale unless specifically noted.
- Discounts, if any, will be determined by sale management and may change throughout the sale.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Merchandise

- All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or representations regarding condition, authenticity, age, functionality, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchase.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify measurements, condition, and suitability.

Holding Items

- Paid items may be held temporarily at the discretion of sale staff.
- Unpaid items will not be held unless specifically arranged with management.

Furniture & Large Item Removal

- Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting purchased items on the day of the sale.
- Please bring adequate help, tools, and vehicles for large purchases.
- Staff are unable to assist with moving heavy items.
- Large items must be removed by the agreed-upon pickup time.

Security
- Shoplifting will be reported to local law enforcement.
- Security cameras may be in use on the premises.

Offers & Presales

- Unless specifically stated in the listing, no presales, early sales, or holds will be offered.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject offers on any item.

Respect for the Property

- Please respect the home, neighbors, and other shoppers.
- Do not enter restricted areas.
- Food, beverages, and smoking are prohibited inside the home.
-Please park legally and courteously. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or neighboring properties. Vehicles parked illegally may be subject to towing or citation by local authorities.

Sale Management Rights

- Estate sale management reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, remove items from sale, or amend these terms as necessary.
