WINNING BIDDERS:
PLEASE NOTE PICK UP DAYS. YOU FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS IF THEY ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THOSE DAYS.
IF ITEMS ARE TO BE SHIPPED CONTACT US WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE SALE ENDING SO WE CAN GET THEM READY FOR YOU.
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

I.D, is required for pick up. Orders over $500 we will take a picture of your I.D. to go with your purchase.
Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders.
TAX EXEMPT: Important:
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by GES, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!) BEFORE BIDDING ONLY!

USPS/UPS SHIPPING:-
DO NOT BID IF YOU CANT PICK UP ON ASSIGNED DAYS
We do ship on orders of a combined total of $50 or more if they qualify and prior approval has been given. Home Inspirations will pack and ship items that will safely fit in a 16" x 13" x 13" box (small U-Haul box) sent via UPS ground or any USPS priority boxes. These items are shipped the week following the auction. All packing and shipping charges for items shipped in-house will be charged to the credit card on file and a shipping receipt with tracking will be texted or emailed to the account on file. Girlfriends will ship all items with tracking (no exceptions) and buyers will be responsible for the charge.

WE WILL COMBINE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. COST IS TYPICALLY UNDER $18 TO SHIP LG FLAT RATE BOX.
ALL SHIPPING MUST BE PAID WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING OR ITEM IS FORFEIT. PLEASE CALL TO PAY FOR SHIPPING
BETWEEN 11 AM AND 4 PM PST. WE ACCEPT PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, VENMO.

Pick up is at a store front location and all Items must be picked up on allotted days. Some allowances may be made for larger or multiple items but only with prior approval. Refusal to pick up your items will result in a forfeiture of said items.

NEW BIDDERS:
Please go to the Auction ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have. PICKUP: All items need to be picked up at location on your invoice.
Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders. This auction has many items that will be shippable. They will be noted.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only ship to the select payment method's billing address. This means the address on your profile is irrelevant, the address connected to the payment method you select at registration for each auction is where the items will be sent. Be sure the card you use has the billing address where you want to receive your merchandise. Due to high amounts of fraud there is no exception to this rule. You hereby understand that if you have the items shipped to the wrong address due to not updating your billing address, it is up to you to try to recover those items, Not us! Please be careful when you register your address and we are sorry for any inconvenience. This would not have to be implemented if it was not necessary. The auction industry is experiencing a very high number of stolen credit cards and this is our way to protect ourselves and our customers. We will ask for identification on shipping orders as we do for local pick up.

All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or condition issues, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items are vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please review photos carefully prior to bidding.
