Private family Estate Sale

Numbers will be available at 7 am. At 9am we will let people in as space allows. If your number is called, after 3 tries with no response, we will go on to the next person and you will have to go to the end of the line. There will be NO BACKPACKS OR LARGE PURSES allowed inside.

This is a private family sale. We are accepting CASH and PAYPAL only.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND AS IS. There will be no refunds or exchanges so please examine pieces thoroughly and make sure you are happy with the item before purchase. While examining your pieces please be aware that if you break it, you’ve bought it so be careful please.

Please be careful and watch your footing in the home and yard. The family welcomes you into the home but are not responsible for any accidents or personal damage to you or your personal property, you enter at your own risk. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that happens to your purchase either by your own fault or that of another customers once paid for.

We may be able to help load items but cannot guarantee we will have time or ability available to do so . Please plan on bringing your own help when picking up larger items.

We will have some bags and boxes available but we suggest you bring your own since we cannot guarantee them.
