A wonderful covered arena Estate Sale in Tacoma with collectibles as well as furniture and top quality items of all sort. Easy access parking in and out.
Before the Estate Sale
The black rod iron gate will not be open until 9:00 the day of the sale. Cars will need to wait in line and enter to park upon opening of gate. Please DO NOT PARK along the gravel road. POSSIBILITY limit of attendees are allowed inside the arena. The first people to arrive and get in line are the first to be granted entrance into the arena. If there is a large amount of people attending the sale, everyone is required to wait in line to gain access according to "The List."
