All items sold AS-IS. We provide the most detailed information and photos as we can so you know what the condition is of the items you are bidding. If you bid you must pay for and pick up your items. Masks are required at the time of pick up for everyone's safety. For your items please bring appropriate packing materials and help with you to move items. Please note the pick up times and day to be sure you can pick up the items you bid. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s). If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out building.
Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.
Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes. All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.
A 10% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.
We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. A&W Estate &Transition Services does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Now as they embark on their next endeavor we offer these wonderful finds for auction. In this auction you will find so many incredible Treasures such as MCM Keller Hutch, MCM Arabesque Burlwood Clock, Fenton Glass, Antique & Vintage Toys such as Cast Iron Uncle Sam Bank, Lindstrom Phonograph, Metal Man Action Figurines, Phoenix Folding Bike, Barrister Book Case, Uranium Glass, Ladders, Yard Carts, Weed Eaters, Furs, Musical Instruments, & So much more. Pickups for this auction will be held on Sunday June 4th By Appointment only from 10am-3pm due to limited parking on this property. We will also have a large Picker Pile on the day of pickups please bring cash for those items. You will find the link to set your appointment in your winning email notification at the end of auction. Make sure if you bid that you can pickup on the designated day there are no alternative days for pickup. If you win large furniture items and would like to pick those up on Saturday please call us and we will make an appointment for you to do so. Also as many of you have become like Family you have met our bird Henry. We Foster for Seattle Parrot Rescue and will be using pictures of birds waiting to find forever homes as our auction thumbnail photos. Pictured above is Kiwi. Kiwi is a fun & loving bird, she loves singing and dancing. She is territorial of her cage and will need a patient home. Kiwi does not like cats & other birds but she's okay with dogs. She is on a strictly pellet food diet due to intolerances. She likes to fly around the house and gets along with adults & children. PickUp Date/Time: Pickups will be held Sunday June 4th by appointment only from 10-3. The property is off of a main busy road so please look for our entrance sign it will have balloons hanging to help you find the property. If you miss the entrance please go down the road and turn around we will have a one way parking system with an entrance & exit at this home.
