Hot Wheels & NASCAR Diecast Treasure Auction

By registering or placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. All bids are binding. The highest accepted bidder becomes the buyer and is responsible for completing payment.

2. A buyer?s premium will be added to the winning bid. Applicable sales tax, shipping, handling, insurance, and other disclosed charges may also be added.

3. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks will be accepted except when required by applicable law.

4. Buyers are responsible for examining all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition notes, and shipping information before bidding. Photographs are part of the description. Condition statements are provided as a general opinion and are not a substitute for the buyer?s own inspection.

5. NASCAR diecast cars, Hot Wheels, packaging, display boxes, certificates, paperwork, and accessories may show age, shelf wear, dust, scuffs, creases, discoloration, fading, loose components, or other signs of previous storage, handling, or display. Packaging condition may differ from the condition of the item inside.

6. No signature, certificate of authenticity, limited-edition status, production quantity, original packaging, accessory, or other feature should be assumed unless specifically stated in the individual lot description.

7. Northwest Estate Sales makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but does not guarantee the accuracy of manufacturer attribution, production year, scale, model, edition, driver, sponsor, team, or other identifying information. Bidders should rely on the photographs and conduct their own research before bidding.

8. Payment is due within 24 hours after the auction closes. Items will not be released or shipped until all charges have been paid and cleared. Nonpayment may result in cancellation, forfeiture, and reporting to LiveAuctioneers.

9. Shipping is available only when indicated or approved for the applicable lot. The buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping, handling, insurance, and third-party charges. Shipping arrangements and costs are separate from the winning bid and buyer?s premium.

10. Local pickup, when available, is by scheduled appointment in University Place, Washington. The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided to paid buyers. Buyers must bring appropriate identification, packing materials, tools, and sufficient assistance to remove their purchases. Northwest Estate Sales does not provide loading assistance.

11. Items not collected during the stated pickup period may be considered abandoned unless prior written arrangements have been approved. Storage or appointment-extension fees may apply. Abandoned items may be resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

12. Northwest Estate Sales reserves the right to correct catalog errors, update descriptions, withdraw a lot before the close, reject a bid, or combine or separate lots when reasonably necessary.

13. Internet, software, electrical, or platform interruptions may occur. Northwest Estate Sales is not responsible for missed bids or technical problems outside its reasonable control.

14. Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. By bidding, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
