"DIGGER SALE" - Please read ad for details!

...And now for something completely different...

FOR US, anyway! It's our first "digger sale"! Minimal staging, minimal pricing.

Hence, this minimal ad.

Some homes are just too much work, unfortunately. Not that it's not worth the effort... it's just we usually end up Paying to do sales like this. And that's not really an option for us right now!

So why are we doing it? To help this family. They've lost a loved one and it's time to sell the home. It's going to be a costly clean out and we are going to try and make enough to pay for that job.

Please refrain from negative comments and rude behavior. We know it's dirty and we know it's different. And, we do know how to do a proper estate sale... this just isn't the time or place. We are headed over today to do some de-trashing - so it will look better than the photos below. 

So, come in... take a look around. DIG. Bring gloves, bring bags and bring patience! There's definite treasure here if you look hard enough.  Just be careful. You are shopping at your own risk. We haven't been in the house long enough to create safe shopping space or check for potential hazards.

NO SIGN UP. First come first serve. As many will fit comfortably and safely in the house. PARKING WILL BE PROBLEMATIC. We ask that NO ONE PARK IN THE (steep) DRIVEWAY - unless you are dropping off or loading up. You will need to park on side streets off of 47th.

What did I see there?

Well... enough to think you might want to come check it out!
Some antiques, newer furniture, pretty nice L shaped sofa, lots of nick knacks, books, CLOTHING, full size canopy bed, wall art, Disney, kitchenware, Franciscan, Spode, collectible metal banks, tea cups and pots, engine hoist, rafting gear, vintage Baldwin organ, old radio, side by side stainless fridge, linens, air purifiers...

... and a QUILTERS WONDERLAND!! TWO, yes, TWO huge quilting machines!! These babies are worth $$$$ and now is your chance to get one for a steal! You will have to disassemble and haul them... but SO worth it if you are a hardcore quilter. FABRIC - literal tons of it! Sewing machines and sergers, sewing and quilting supplies, quilts - old and new.

You never know what you will find at these homes. Come see what we always see and you rarely do... the Before side of a sale. Let's help this wonderful family through this rough time and give them an empty (well, empty - er) house!
