This collection belonged to Rene Disbrow - antique collector and artist extraordinaire! Rene started collecting in the 80's in Chicago, Ill. She moved to Dixon, New Mexico, in 2001 where she continued to collect and found her calling as the artist she was meant to be. After her passing, her family made the trek to Dixon and brought back what treasures they to Vancouver.

Rene was a lover of animals and very involved with the Dixon Animal Protection Society (DAPS). The Dixon gallery where she featured her work has sent us several of her works that the family has lovingly framed and displayed in the sale space. All proceeds of her artwork will go to DAPS, in Rene's memory. THIS ART IS NOT DISCOUNTED.
