Super Fun Full House Estate Sale in Lincoln!!

We're in the Lincoln neighborhood this weekend with another great sale!!

This one has a little of it all... MCM, vintage, practical things, fun things, lots of eclectic decor and goodies.

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a sign up sheet that will go outside the home at 9am Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name - ONE name per NUMBER - PLEASE. We will line folks up at 9:50 in order. Once we open, we will let as many in as will fit comfortably/safely. It's a big house, so I'm not super worried about having to resort to one out/one in.... but I suppose it could happen.

NO PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY. There is lots of street parking - but please be courteous and DO NOT block neighbors driveways or mailboxes.

Home Does have an alarm system and it is set.

LIVING ROOM:

What a fun mix of things! We've got two matching vintage painted green bookcases with wallpaper backing - these are so cute as they are, but you could do so much with them! Ethan Allen sage green loveseat, antique piano stool with ball and claw glass feet, antique chess table with drawer, really cool antique chair that would look great with it - or wherever you need a cool chair, wonderful arts and crafts/art nouveau style accent table, tile top vintage table, Asian style garden stool, cute upholstery and wood chair. Lots of vintage and eclectic decor - antique Snow White doll, vintage books, paisley lumbar pillows, Asian decor - including 3 Chinese stone sculptures, original paintings, marine lamp, colored glass, African wall tapestry, framed Chinese silk, lots of books on Portland, Hanova of Pasadena MCM green lava enameled bowl, box of old postcards, old linens, bookcase, vintage abacus, pottery and more...

There will be several baskets of costume jewelry and other small treasures as well.

DINING ROOM/LIBRARY:

LOTS of old and newer books, MCM shelves (must be attached to the wall), vintage wooden chair on wheels, African textiles (some framed), brass pair of goblets in fancy velvet box, vintage console/hall/sofa table, MORE pottery, several older Abacus calendars (they have great/ framable art), handmade vintage tiles, arts and crafts style pottery, super cute vintage natural wood cabinet with glass doors, caned top stool, natural wood small dining or library table, another cool lamp, African candleholders, nice wool rug.

KITCHEN:

One side of the kitchen is more of a dining room - we've got a cute wooden desk sold with folding chair, globe, globe/compass, office supplies (some great pens!). cute wooden accent table, olde Bose wave, cool wire baskets, really nice dining table with pull out leaves, 4 barrel style chairs sold separately, 40+ set of Noritake "Misty Isle" dishes, glass/crystal, cute white tea set - MCMish, silver plate. Kitchen itself has even more... crockery, vintage and new kitchen items and decor - so many styles! Vintage Descoware pots and pans, Griswold, cute baby blue Pyrex divided dish, enamelware, super cute ceramic swan bowl... lots of newer items as well - small appliances, glassware and much more!

OFFICE:

Huge L shaped oak desk and filing cabinet, loads of books - old and new, really cute leather recliner in great shape - nice and petite, lots of vintage childrens' books and decor items - some toys and games, round photography light, Bose subwoofer, vintage gift wrap and bags, neat old calendars with great art.

BEDROOM:

Clothing - of course! Sweet vintage floral upholstered chair with ottoman, small antique table that looks like a tiny dresser, vintage Seventeen magazines, accessories, wood shelf (nice), really cute flower umbrella stand, wicker table and small shelf, Asian accessories, waterfall dresser with wonderful hardware, delicate decor and bird art!

BASEMENT:

Super adorable vintage sewing machine and another beautiful antique one, cedar chest (needs work on the top), vintage tank desk, vintage office and other misc., cute upholstery top white metal table, books, magazines, a pair of directors chairs, old newspapers, completed model ship, wicker stool, old roller skates, vintage dining table, trophies and other vintage sports items, bowling pin clock, vintage sofa, cute vintage Schwinn exercise bike.

Down there is a huge room lined with shelves that are packed with fun stuff! Holiday, household, new helmets, projector screen, some tools.... lots of random and cool stuff!!

GARAGE:

Garage is detached and items will need to be paid for inside. It will look sort of empty when you walk in... but there is a door - and beyond it - there is more. There is a heavy focus on specialty automotive tools and sets. Several full tool sets, vintage tools and parts. An assortment of electrical parts and other DIY odds and ends suited for mechanical work as well as everyday projects. Lots of yard/garden tools, ladders, mower, edger, large Waterloo vintage tool cabinet, painted green workbench and cabinet, vintage Montgomery Ward PowrKraft 295 arc welder, Craftsman Professional cast iron pump air compressor, Craftsman bench grinder - definitely don't skip the garage!

OUTSIDE:

Patio chairs, teak bench, potting bench/cabinets, pots and garden items, really nice modern mailbox with key.
