Nice and Clean Estate Sale in NE Vancouver - HALF OFF DAY!

This weekend we have clean, quality sale in NE Vancouver with a French twist!

This sale is on the lighter side, but what we have to offer is really pretty sweet! This gal loved France and has the decor and a few souvenirs to show for it.

HALF OFF EVERYTHING SUNDAY 10-3

BUSINESS FIRST:

Masks will be required to enter, regardless of vaccination status. The home will hold 20 at a time. When/if we hit capacity, it will be one in and one out until the line is finished.  Then it will be first come, first serve.

The home is pending in sale and has white carpet, therefore you may be asked to remove your shoes upon entry (weather dependent). PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING.

Now, onto what we've got for you....

LIVING ROOM:

We've got some really well cared for and very pretty things in this room! Gorgeous floral sofa - cover is removable AND washable,  Ethan Allen wingback chair, set of end tables, IKEA Hemnes bookcases and media center in gray, a HUGE Vizio flats creen LED TV, books,  decor, red bohemian glass vase, vintage Asian doll, lamps and wall art.

KITCHEN/DINING:

Yet another wonderful floral sofa - this one is Ethan Allen as well, smaller flat screen TV and stand, Ekornes "style" chair with ottoman - in rough shape - but you are getting a deal!,  set of 4 natural wooden barstools, really nice dining room table with 4 chairs, Le Creuset enameled cast iron pan and baking dish, Laurel Burch coffee mugs, lots of useful/practical kitchen items - appliances/dishware/utensils/glassware/cookware, French cookbooks... lots of kitchen upgrades in here!

BEDROOMS:

We've got THREE beds! One twin, one double with metal and wood frame and one queen with a gorgeous 4 poster carved wood bedframe! All clean and nice. Full size Smart Base bed frame, Dressers, nightstands, art (some original pieces), mirrors, wooden hangers, some clothing, pillows,  really nice bed linens, towels, bath supplies, French items, lamps, Capodimonte, decor...

OFFICE:

Night stand, glass table (dining or other), office chair, bookshelf, office supplies, books, New Orleans Jazz Festival poster, cd's, books on tape, some dvds... some men's clothing.

GARAGE:

Lots more practical and decorative items!

Roomba "Scheduler" with lots of accessories, some tools, Holiday, household maintenance supplies, organizers,  upholstery fabric on the bolt, ladders, some garden tools, (please note that chest freezer does NOT work - it is free to someone who wants to tinker with it), lots of misc!

Out in the back there are two charcoal grills!
