MAIN LEVEL:

LIVING ROOM:

Blue and white heaven! If you like this classic combo - we've got you! So much blue and white porcelain and china! But that's not all... There is a large coral silhouette on the mantle, a huge (and gorgeous) fan, old brown pottery, Japanese geisha dragon tea set  - with woman's face in the bottom of the cups!, red clay tea set and small pot, lots of Asian decor - vases/candle holders/scrolls, antique fold out desk (love this!), vintage blue koi windsock, several velvet tapestries, sweet antique (smaller) coffee table with glass top, mini lustre tea sets, antique mantle clock, wall art - Asian and antique, antique side chair with red and gold velvet upholstery, art glass, reverse painted lamp (so pretty), case has lots of vintage goodies - Asian snuff bottle, perfume bottles, some jewelry, compacts, lots of vintage and newer lighters, knives, fountain pens and more! KITCHEN:

We've still got some Fiesta Ware! Lots of colors and sizes! Such a fun way to make a kitchen pop. :) There is also handmade pottery. Chickens! Knives and utensils, microwave, pots and pans, LOTS of glass/plastic storage, small appliances, wok, glass and metal bakeware, (please note that butcher block table is NFS - stays with house), vintage bean pots with lids, more tea sets/pots, vintage/farmhouse decor, set of 4 vintage Mission style dining chairs, glass knobs, glassware and drinkware, china and porcelain, ironstone - pitchers and more, clocks, spools, cute one drawer vintage table, nice console/hall/sofa table or desk, vintage ornate shelf with several miniature tea sets, Union Pacific brass spittoon, large graniteware pitcher....

UPPER LEVEL:

"CLOCK" ROOM:

Lots of working (meaning - ticking! and non working clocks in here). We have Several antique wall and mantle clocks - Seth Thomas/Sessions/RA Regulator/New Haven/Jungans/Gustav Becker/E.N. Welch and many more. Please note - clocks will NOT be half off on Sunday. If you are interested in one - please inquire with Kate.

But it's not just clocks in here! We've got a gorgeous New Home antique sewing machine in table, lots of sewing items, heavy cast iron (newer) lamp, silhouette art, dolls - Madame Alexander and more, china/porcelain/glass pretties,  vintage postcards, limoge style trinket boxes, antique trunk loaded up with resin miniature tea sets and lots of other goodies, women's shoes - many NIB - size 8-8.5, some women's clothing.

BEDROOM:

COWBOY BOOT central! Men's larger sizes - mostly 12. Also larger men's clothing and nicer shoes, leather fanny packs, leather coast guard (patch) vest and jacket, perfectly chippy vintage dresser, men's accessories, cedar lined chest, lots of bedding, king size adjustable Sleep Number bed - great condition, cast iron coat rack with horseshoe accents - really cool, Army saddle, "Western" decor, book shelves, white vintage chair with red tassel upholstery, vintage tall boy dresser, lots of misc.

There are also two bathroom upstairs (not for public use) - that have lots of useful items inside!

CHRISTMAS ROOM:

I think we decorate for Christmas more than anyone I know! We've once again got Christmas in July! Lots of cute and fun holiday items - all well cared for! There is also a contemporary oak tall dresser with matching end tables, a newer display cabinet, several small shelves and tables and a closet full of surprises!

LOWER LEVEL:

OFFICE:

Now This is a fun room! We've got lots of cool memorabilia in here - collection of shot glass "steins", old records and a newer record player to play them on,  some Coca Cola items, metal car lots of car banks and gas pumps, mini cars - Lionel and more, some baseball cards and memorabilia, loads of cds, nautical decor and wood carved figures and art, binoculars, some office supplies, newer barrister shelves, red/distressed library table, desk, small cabinets, German made grandfather style clock from the 30's, SO MUCH to see in here!

FAMILY ROOM:

Really nice (needs a little cleaning around the base - but barely noticeable!) LazyBoy "L" shaped sofa in a nice, neutral color, almost new NordicTrac exercise bike and treadmill, tall and skinny 6 drawer newer dresser, contemporary oak coffee table, accent tables, "couch" tables - I personally couldn't live without these kind of tables!, HUGE Ansonia General wall clock from 1890 - has  a small crack in the glass - but as far as I can tell is working, owl decor, books, painted gray old trunk, bin FULL of vintage toys - bagged - Pez, McDonalds, Disney and much much more - this will be a fun treasure hunt!, flat screen tv, super funny and big pig - piggy bank, Nautical art, some barware, some Coca Cola items, Disney, nice corner shelf, big stuffed bear (?) or mole... either way,  he's pretty dapper!

There is a laundry room with a mix-matched washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and more..

GARAGE: (garage is through the lower level)

LOTS of tools! Hand tools, power tools - Craftsman, Ryobi, Ridgid, Kobalt, Black and Decker, Dremel and more, tool accessories, home and garden maintenance items, fishing poles/reels/boxes/flies, camping gear, whittling/ wood carving tools, shopvac, picture frames, garage fridge, Acorn stairlift already disassembled and in great condition (for split level home - so it has 2 chairs and rails) - this is a make offer item - if you need this, it'll be a fantastic bargain! Trust me - the garage is a MUST. I honestly cannot begin to list or photograph it all!

OUTSIDE:

Back access is through main level of the house.

5pc. outdoor dining set, 2 gravity chairs, small fire pit, newer Home and Garden outdoor chairs, LOTS of garden tools and chemicals, several nice pots/planters, edger, ladders, wind chimes, more yard items are in the shed - just not pictured.

In the front yard there are birdbaths, pots, bird feeders and misc. yard decor...
