LIVING ROOM:

This family spent a LOT of time in Hawaii.... and it shows. We've got books on the Islands, souvenirs, artwork...  Pottery Barn Hawaiian decorative plates, creamy leather sofa. Right inside the doorway you'll see an amazing Asian carved bar - wait till you open it up! It's pretty amazing. More art, coat rack and barware.

DINING ROOM:

The theme continues...

Asian plates, chopsticks, silver and gold tone flatware, linens, artwork. HUGE (and heavy) claw foot buffet/wine rack, Lenox hummingbird plates and candle lanterns, glassware, etched vintage stemware, Royal Doulton Everyday "Jacobean" china, gold rimmed china, barware, shot glasses, beachy decor and lots of nifty stuff tucked in everywhere.

KITCHEN:

Really pretty dining set. Wood with black upholstered seats - with storage underneath the table. So nice and so practical! Serving pieces, dishes, glassware and mugs, fruit and florals, pantry full of food, coffee and espresso maker, french press(s), knife sets, deep fryer, deep fryer for chicken, Vitamix, nicer brands pots and pans, storage cabinet with wicker drawers, mahogany buffet - needs some TLC, newer vintage style Victrola, Corningware, bakeware, vintage and newer items scattered throughout the kitchen - it's PACKED!

FAMILY ROOM:

Artwork, animal print ottoman/pillows/blanket, newer Crosley vintage look record player/stereo, marble top chess table with pieces, black stereo towers. LOADS of media - cds's, vhs, cds - so many genres!! Boomboxes, Marantz stereo components, Sharp wall mount tv, Kenwood/Toshiba/Audio-Technica/Klipsch/Atlantic stereo components and speakers. Huge/vintage media cabinet - priced to move quickly. SO MUCH FUN in this room!

OFFICE:

Books, bookcases, 4 piece bookcase/desk system, computers, office supplies, lamps, fantastic nautical paintings, computer speakers, printer, monitors, lots of cool misc. in this room.

UPSTAIRS

TV ROOM:

Creamy leather loveseat - matches the living room sofa , contemporary oak hutch, Asian folding screen with bamboo motif, art supplies, black modern media cabinet, 2 more flatscreen tvs,  small black desk, office chair, yoga and other sporting supplies, practically new inversion table, games and decor.

HOLIDAY ROOM:

Lots of Christmas - mostly newer, some vintage, Dept. 56, some Easter - cute things!

BEDROOM:

Full size bed and linens, baskets of women's accessories, rattan base ottoman, more Hawaiian souvenirs and decor, large dresser with mirror and shelves, closet full of women's clothing and shoes.

MASTERBED/BATH:

Gorgeous European style nightstands/small dressers with marble tops and a matching highboy dresser, Hawaiian and Asian decor, lamps, art, petite display cabinet, bathroom supplies - beauty products/hygiene items. Big walk-in closet FULL of women's clothing M-XL.

GARAGE:

The tools! Some power tools and lots of hand tools, Also a Charbroil grill, camping gear, tool cabinet, work bench, luggage, black garage fridge, standing freezer, household and garden chemicals, household and garden maintenance supplies, light bulbs, some electronics, vintage Camel sign, ladders... this garage is FULL.

This house is a bit of a maze! You will feel like it never ends!

That being said - if you pass through the garage - you will find the Tiki Room - and more.

TIKI ROOM:

Oh boy! Some cool stuff in here! First the Tiki stuff - books, signs, wood carvings and lots of little knick knacks to add to your own Tiki style! Also - more music stuff! Bose 201 speakers, Pioneer speakers, TV, various media cabinets, DVD players, Dart cabinet, lots of kitchen overflow - Hawaiian cookbooks, dishes, Visionware, pots and pans... Standing freezer, small tank desk, games, storage cabinet with camo wrap, folding chairs, recumbent bike, vintage Kirby, party items and more!

Through the Tiki room you'll pass through a door that goes outside - where you'll find:

More stuff for sale. And outbuildings.

OUTSIDE:

Potted plants, small shed (shed not for sale) with lawnmower and other garden tools/supplies, HUGE freestanding outdoor umbrella, lawn chairs and tables, telescope and misc.

GYM ROOM:

Weight bench and weights, another lawn chair, beach towels and misc.

CAMPING SHED:

Named for it's contents! Fishing gear, camping supplies - tents/chairs/showers/stove and you name it!, pool loungers NIB, some party supplies, lanterns, cast iron dutch ovens - including Wagner Ware, pest trap, shooting targets (clay ones), several golf sets, automotive supplies and so, SO much more.

This house turned out to be so much more than we expected - in a good way! Super full, super eclectic and SO many things to make living life as fun as possible!!
