Swanky Lake House Estate Sale - HALF OFF DAY!

We've got an impromptu sale this weekend - in possibly the swankiest house on the lake!

What's inside?

I'll do my best here, but please understand - this ad will be short and sweet. I lost my fingertip the other day and it's really hard to type!

LIVING ROOM:

Some really unique things in this room! LOADS of antique history books, super weird and cool Italian Bralatta liquor bottle, antique iron shackles, leather and brass vase, wicker mandala wall hanging or rug, lots of hiking/ walking sticks, Zenith trans-oceanic radio, some MCM decor, tiki masks, vintage Hallicrafters tv - can't get it to work - but what a fun piece!, vintage armchair (needs reupholstering), MCM glass, Western/pulp books, Komet candy machine,  Portland memorabilia/ephemera, carpenters tool chest, vintage sleds/oar/fishing poles, loads of books on boating, nautical decor and gear, vintage Bozak speaker cabinet, Sylvania vacuum tube tester, folding nautical chairs, flags from around the world, awesome string art with boat, lots of cool misc.

There is an Acorn stair lift in working condition! (be careful when using the stairs)

KITCHEN:

Super cute vintage curved sewing table, old sheet music, adorable vintage desk, lamps, some fall decor, antique framed photos, clocks, old books, ceramic decor, vintage china, Culver drinking glasses, barware, vintage kitchen,  some pots and pans,  OLD Coca Cola concentrate for fountain drinks... cute stuff!!

"THE NO-NO" ROOM:

This one is adults only. We still have some Playboy magazines and similar items. Some newer with celebrities.  Desks, filing cabinets and Steelcase shelf are also for sale.

BEDROOM:

Huntley Furniture vintage dresser, nightstands and bedframe. Need a little TLC, but great bones. All pieces sold individually. Lots of kids stuff - some vintage toys and books, sewing supplies, lamps, decor... a little clothing.

ROOM OF LIFE:

Why? Cause it's full of old Life magazines! 1940's and more! Plus old office supplies, typewriter, vintage airline items. Books on flying, art. Men's colognes and bath items. Luggage and lots of nifty surprises.

BASEMENT:

Oh boy... this main room is cool! Too bad we weren't selling the house! There is great stuff for sale down here though. Large Steelcase style desk loaded with old typewriters, radio equipment, books, antique sewing table, some photo equipment and neat trinkets. Another cool chair that could use a makeover, leather bag, lots of movies and music, projector screen, vintage office chair, more mags and old paper, barware.

DEN:

There is a king size bed in this den! But it's mostly the amazing Danish glass front bookcases that make this room a den! LOTS of books, Portland and local, perfect Steelcase style office chair, more desks, books on politics and SO MUCH MORE.

STORAGE ROOM:

MORE books! Some military items, home maintenance supplies and office. Don't skip it!

GARAGE (main level):

Not super full - but some handy things! Household maintenance and repair items, hand tools, auto supplies, ammo boxes, MW radial arm saw, coolers, chemicals, medical supplies...

NOT the fullest sale of the year, but there are definitely things I would buy if I could!! Come by and check it out and say 'Hi!"
