Treasure Pickers

There’s so much stuff that it’s hard to photograph all, this is a great estate for those willing and wanting to dig deep to find treasures! Please be kind and courteous, do not throw items or boxes or make more of a mess than when you found it. The house is still occupied by the resident and we do not want to leave the home in disarray. Customers will be asked to leave without purchasing their items if they’re not respectful to this ask.

Split level house, upstairs has two rooms, living room, dining room, two hallway closets, kitchen with breakfast knook and sun room, all filled with items. Basement level has one bedroom, living room, closet, laundry room and mud room all filled, a lot of climbing and removing of items to get to other treasures in the basement.

Backyard is covered in items, garage is full and shed is full.

This is a pickers estate sale, this is not a garage sale, items will be priced at the end. Hold tables will be available outside at your own risk. Items will be priced appropriately, if you find a valuable item it will be priced with estate sale pricing in mind, the item is not devalued just because you had to “find” it. This will not be resale or eBay pricing, all items must and need to go. This family has been advised by someone with estate sale experience to help them and who is knowledgeable on items and will be fair with pricing for both family and shopper.

Sale will be multiple days and possibly spread out over two weeks as items get uncovered.
