Our sales start at 9:00 am. If you have a question on an item or about pricing please ask. ALL SALES ARE FINAL so please examine the items carefully and ask to test any electronics if you wish (we will document on the item if it does not work if we have tested the electronics prior to the sale).

Please leave your back packs, large purses, closed containers and closed shopping bags in the car. We're happy to see your open boxes and baskets.

Cash and Credit/Debit cards are accepted with proper ID. NO CHECKS - SORRY!

Please bring enough help to load purchased items. For liability reasons, we are unable to help you lift/carry heavy and/or large items to your vehicle. All items at this sale must be removed before the sale ends.

All Items are AS IS WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS. Caring Transitions and the home owners ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, FALLS OR INJURY.

Please do not ask us to discount items before the 1/2 price sale on the second day of the sale. We will go to half price at 11:00 am on Saturday. We further discount to 75% off at 2:30 pm and at 3:00 we will have a bag sale for $5 a bag (we provide the bag). All items must fit in the bag (no large items sticking out).
NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE - SORRY!
