"Pop Up" Downsizing Sale in Fairway Village! - HALF OFF DAY!

We have a surprise "pop-up" sale this weekend in Fairway Village!

UPDATE: We went in today to price and there was a bunch more added - so we did a little staging and priced!! 

Very nice, clean, well cared for items in this house. Not super full... but what we have in quality makes up for it!

BUSINESS FIRST:

HALF OFF EVERYTHING - ALL DAY!!! 

What do we have?

Well... lots of really nice furniture, some art, lots of kitchen items, a little outdoor stuff and a few garage things!  - all in great condition - some things are nearly new!

FURNITURE:

Lazy Boy hide-a-bed (bed is inflatable - so not super heavy) sofa in a botanical pattern, really nice cream swivel chairs, pretty French style ivory chair, hammered copper and glass coffee table, petite antique carved back wood rocking chair, newer entertainment centers (two- one has shelves in the garage), really cool antique trunk look table with drawers, bed - (queen?), handmade -really pretty secretary desk, newer buffet table, newer white bench with storage, white shelf, upholstered ottoman with metal legs, Mission style desk and small under desk filing cabinet, pair of lime green "leather" bar chairs...

Lots of framed art and some larger mirrors, lamps, pillows, vases - various decor items, Frontgate clock, Asian tea set (vintage/antique - not shown in photos), flower basket music boxes, Kenmore sewing machine, some electrics. Kitchen has several higher end small appliances - Cuisinart, Bodum coffee maker, Crux blender, Crockpot and more... Also a set of silver plate flatware, Rogaska Gallia stemware, colorful serving pieces,  table linens, Mackenzie Childs tea kettle, glassware and crystal, some colorful dishes - also some basic white.  (more than what is shown in photos).

OUTSIDE:

Some pots left - and maybe a few chairs! 

GARAGE

(more yet to be discovered!) ladders, Hisense chest freezer, pressure washer, air compressor and a few power tools!
