We've got a pretty special sale this weekend in Fairway Village!

We've combined two wonderful client's collections to create this one... and we've got stuff we've never seen in our estate sales!

MAIN ROOMS:

For furniture - we've got a pair (sold separately) of carved Rosewood Asian chairs, folding base brass plate and glass top Asian table,  Stunning Buffet a Deus (Normandy, France) hutch - with incredible detail on doors - it's not perfect, but it's perfect - if you know what I mean! There is a set of beautiful antique dark wood side tables, a modern bar cart with drawer and wheels, antique oak hall tree (screws into wall), antique oak wash stand (is paired with that hall tree), pair of rattan and caned accent chairs. Lots of baskets, Asian decor - vases, brass, Thai noodle cart, trays with painted silk under glass, several pieces of art, planters, fabric, Hiroshige prints, frogs, several cloisonne pieces, Fuyiko Japanese doll with wigs, smaller camphor box, calligraphy brushes, green ginger jars, celedon crane plates and more, Chinese sewing boxes and much, much more. Other decor/items you'll find in the room - lots of glass and crystal - Waterford/Sevres and more, wool runner rug, glass garlands, faux plants, silver plate and mother of pearl fork/knife set, decanters, bar ware,  green Majolica plates, YSL and Dior scarves, Kate Spade purse, costume jewelry, and there's the case....

Oh boy.. this case! I have even added more since these photos! We have several Asian pieces - Cloisonne birds and boxes, small jewelry box with inlay, snuff/perfume bottle, pottery.... also several SW/Native pieces - raw hide purse, also some Chimu pieces, Battersea pottery and many other wonderful treasures!

KITCHEN/FAMILY ROOM:

All the practical kitchen items you are looking for - PLUS -

Calphalon pots and pans, lots of glassware and dishes - white/blue and white, serving pieces, vintage chair with embroidered set, HUGE cast iron (8) tea pot, crocks,  and stoneware, old bottles, metal tea pots, cute rabbit tureen, Amazing hoosier table (rescued from outside and has great wear!), antique framed art, really nice metal and glass top dining table with chairs, very light pink (so pretty) Sasaki dish set, vintage cake pedestals, more cloisonne and Asian decor, bakers rack loaded with blue and white -  tea sets, ginger jars, wine glasses,  Mexican glasses and more!
Family room area has a vintage 5 shelf barrister case - dark fumed oak and original glass, nice vintage office chair, cabinets full of glassware - vases/candleholders/oil lamps/beach/floral decor/some African/Asian, Cats! More baskets in this room. Some books, Asian tins, botanical art and a smaller pair of Epi/Epicure speakers.

SW/NATIVE ROOM:

One whole bedroom FILLED with all the SW/Native finds you can dream of!

Also - an amazing antique roll top desk with great shelves - this is a really special piece. It's also loaded with Native American/SW pottery and baskets! Older leather chair (does have damage and is priced appropriately), fabric art, another antique wash stand, vintage California Republic flag - has damage and priced appropriately, Mexican/Native/SW textiles, bark art, beaded leather jacket, papoose carrier, SO MANY GREAT BOOKS! - mostly on Native American/ SW interests, clothing including an Irene Pulos dress, Ray Wesley tsimshian totem art, Tarahumara/Shoshone baskets, Design Technics book ends, rattan chair in great condition, large/ rectangular sheepskin rug, wood (handmade?) media shelf, flatscreen tv, audio/video components, lots of really good cd's. This room will be popular, I suspect!

MASTER BEDROOM:

Antique oak hall tree, bentwood rocking chair, Beautiful antique carved wood headboard - for a king, but I think the bed it's paired with right now is a queen,  LOADS of nice linens -  fur stole, so many scarves, small oak accent table,  antique chair with leather tooling, pillows galore, clothing - M/L - some very cool pieces, shoes - 8.5, purses - lots of great names and unusual styles. Hall closet is full of table linens and some really nice fabric. More artwork throughout the hall and bathroom.

GARAGE:

This is not your typical garage!

A very few power tools and hand tools here. But lots of crafty items - paints, small hardware and sewing supplies. The usual household/ yard maintenance items, table of nice holiday items. nearly brand new 10.1 cu.ft. refrigerator, some nice wood shelves (not the case - just the wood shelves), misc.

OUTSIDE:  WARNING - deck has some dangerous zones that have been marked for your safety.

Patio chairs and tables, some more "projecty" pieces, planter pots, bakers racks, marble top for table and a few other goodies we found when walking around the property.
