Vancouver Estate Sale

All items must go this weekend for my client. His house is up for sale and needs the contents gone! 

Sunday discount is .50 cents and above 50% off with the exception of a handful of items will be 20% off only nude lamps and Wurlitzer tabletop, if marked with blue tape only 20% off.  

The contents of the garage has fishing poles, fishing tackle boxes, nice black Craftsman tool box, wrenches, screwdrivers, hand saws, some power handheld tools, Troy Bilt pressure washer, gas lawn mower, battery chargers, garden tools and so much more in garage. 

We have incredible Art Deco nude lamps, Cambridge nude stems, Heisy glass, knickknacks, Vintage Tube radio, Reproduction table top Wurlitzer CD/radio , table top jukebox radio, Dept 56 American Pride Liberty Lemonade server- never used, Green Nintendo  64, Zelda game, Comic books from late 80’s, Brunson Pocket transistor, Madame Alexander Rhett and Scarlett dolls, couch, two recliners, end tables, Christmas decor, craft paints and other craft items. Very nice Heritage Safe- bring help to load the beast. 

Outside we have a nice Weber Genesis Silver, New Braunfels smoker, some yard decor, plastic planters, wicker table with four chairs.

We will bring in the morning of the sale some coins, costume jewelry and sterling jewelry from a consignor. 

All sales are final with no returns or exchanges 

Cash and Venmo preferred, but will take a card with $20 minimum purchase.
