EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF - ALL DAY! 

Also - PLEASE - DO NOT block neighborhood mailbox, or neighboring driveways.

What's inside?

LIVING ROOM:

The star of the room is the vintage Lane cedar chest - art deco waterfall style - with clock! The clock doesn't work, but it's a fairly easy fix and we never see these chests! We also have a gorgeous red leather comfy chair, neutral tone paisley petite Lazyboy recliner, painted red and black cabinet, modern dark wood coffee table, Asian and other fun decor, contemporary art, some art glass, candles and candleholders, vintage tea set, vases, faux floral, lamps, basket of costume jewelry and more...

KITCHEN:

Lots of really nice serving pieces, bakeware, cookware, small appliances. Nicer pots and pans - some brand new, glassware, LOTS of food storage - NEW, cookbooks, decorative items, metal bakers rack, lots of brand new and gently used items.

DINING ROOM:

Very nice modern espresso brown round dining room table with 4 microfiber chairs, matching buffet/credenza and hutch - all sold separately, pair of barstools, more serving pieces, 2 sets of silverplate flatware, spring pieces, formal dining, crystal and glass, hand embroidered dish towels, stemware and other misc.

FAMILY ROOM:

CATS!! Lots of decorative cats - really cute ones, too! But that's not all. We've got a beautiful microfiber sofa and loveseat - they look to be brand new! Also a 3 piece wall unit for media/books, more art, lamps, smaller accent tables. Small tv, books, some art and other fun finds.

UPSTAIRS

CRAFT ROOM: (to your left)

Loads of crafting supplies! Scrapbooking, paint by numbers, canvases, paints, pens, ribbons, findings, yarn, storage, stencils, nice newer tables and cubby shelves, 2 nicer/newer printers, Meade telescope, decor, some office supplies. This is a full and fun room!

GARDEN ROOM:

Super sweet and Springy room! Lots of colorful decor and art. Super nice memory foam newer twin bed with Hollywood frame, cute vintage green painted table with drawers, wood and wicker rocking chair, cute storage crates, flora and fauna and a closet full of nicer/ business attire - women's size L/XL.

HALLWAY/LANDING:

2 Ikea Kallax style shelves full of coastal/beachy decor and very interesting book collection, painted tan and black smaller secretary desk, faux floral, more art, closet full of nicer and some new linens.

CHRISTMAS ROOM:

There is always a Christmas room! This one is fantastic! SO much really nice Holiday decor. Halloween, Thanksgiving, July 4th - some Easter. Quality and style everywhere! Trees, ornaments, storage, snowmen, snow globes, forest friends, lanterns, lights, candles, stockings... you name it! Also a cool 70's chair in oranges and browns (little cat damage), 10 drawer white and wood dresser, large area rug in gray tones, larger round patio table (yes - inside!), lamps, art and lots of faux greenery.

CLOSET :(off Christmas room)

This closet is pretty packed with gently used and some brand new women's clothing, shoes and bags. Clothing sizes L/XL, shoes 8-8.5, Lugs bags and more. Some luggage, accessories, more storage.

OTHER UPSTAIRS:

There is a bathroom off the Christmas room where you'll find lots of Philosophy bubble bath, other name brand new and gently used bath products, new supplements, some decor.

Laundry room has more storage items, some household cleaners, shelf stereo system, sewing table (no machine).

GARAGE:

This one is FULL! Again - lots of new and gently used items. Some electric hand tools, exercise equipment, large variety of battery operated garden tools - lots of  SunJoe/etc  brand, garden art, golf clubs and accessories, pots, landscaping supplies, car and home portable power equipment, household maintenance supplies and chemicals, door and cabinet hardware, bathroom sink and fixtures NIB, working chest freezer and garage fridge. Lawn mowers - one NIB, SO MUCH TO SEE OUT THERE!

This is not as full as some of the sales we've done lately - but what we do have is pretty great and I think you will find more than just a few treasures!!
