Sweet Estate Sale in SE Vancouver - HALF OFF DAY!

While the boss has been away, our crew has been working on a few sales!

This weekend will be our first in about a month - and it's a cutie!

Not a huge sale, but there are some really nice things here and we want to get them into your hands.

BUSINESS FIRST:

NO SIGN UP ON SUNDAY - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE 

This is a house in a manufactured home park. Please be mindful of how you drive and where you park. DO NOT block neighbors driveways, or mailboxes.

THIS HOME HAS SOME STEEP STEPS OUT FRONT. IF YOU CANNOT NAVIGATE THEM, LET SOMEONE KNOW AND WE WILL LET YOU IN THE BACK DOOR (DRIVEWAY SIDE).

EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF - ALL DAY! 

Back to this sweetie of a sale...

LIVING/DINING ROOM:

We've got some pretty stylish furniture in this house! Starting with a pair of black/creme patterned chairs, nice sized media cabinet with doors, super cute round black table with 4 rush seat chairs, accent chairs/tables, neutral tone microfiber sofa, brass top Moroccan style coffee table, red Asian style cabinet...

AND LOTS of nice decor! Lamps, planters, statues, Tiffany candlesticks, vases, china, faux greenery, art, pillows. Nice rugs!

KITCHEN:

The usual suspects in the kitchen... small appliances, drink ware, casual dishes, tea cups/sets, teapots, Franciscan Cherry Blossom, embroidered dish towels. Practical, as well as decorative kitchen items.

FAMILY ROOM:

Gorgeous, velvety navy blue sofa with fancy nailhead tufted accents, mirrored side table, blue and white, more lamps, mirrors, small tv, candles, Staffordshire style dogs, large rug, modern coffee table, crystal and Springy decor.

BEDROOMS :

(please note - I haven't even been to this house yet - so it's all going to be a surprise to me too!)

Pink Beregere style chair, white metal bedframe and bed, quilts, vintage and newer linens, lamps, accessories, some clothing, Susan Paley vases and candleholders, more purses, some dolls, Bombay style dark wood dresser, gorgeous antique vanity with mirror and drawers, slipper chair, pillows, lots of faux floral and delicate decor.

Fancy white metal bed (no mattress, just the base), Christmas decor, handpainted screens, cute little 2 drawer red dresser, some bathroom items.

OUTSIDE:

Red wicker chair and ottoman, pots, outdoor accent table, wind chimes, concrete bird bath, concrete bench,  a few plant stands. I believe there is more... so definitely check out there before you go!!

Once again, this is a smaller sale - but we've got cute things at great prices.... plus... didn't you miss us??
