I'm going to start in the kitchen first.

KITCHEN:

So many beautiful (and useful) things! Starting with the pretties... we've got gorgeous glassware, silver plate, crystal (Baccarat and more), decorative plates, white dishes (china and stoneware), lots of decorative pieces, dog figurines....

Several white metal barstools, Brown Bag cookie molds, serving pieces, Corning Ware, white KitchenAid, crystal vases and bowls, tea cups/sets/teapots, white canisters...

Practical - Small appliances: InstaPot, espresso maker, knife sharpener - in box, Cuisinart, spices and sauces, LOADS of vegan cookbooks and cooking magazines, bakeware, various pots and pans including some cast iron, immersion blender, soymilk making machine...

So much more!

LIVING ROOM:

Light wood and versatile square coffee table, small white end table with drawer, several white IKEA cabinets/bookcases. Beachy vibes! Art, sea shells, figures, copper cookie cutters... Pillows, candles, blank journaling/sketch books, nautical themed new greeting cards, heavy and gorgeous pottery lamp, Pottery Barn frames (lots of PB in this house!) art books. Speaking of books - there are loads!  Travel, cooking, art, spirituality, finance - so many great book here! Roku, Sharp bookshelf stereo...

There will be a small case in the room with some sterling silver pieces as well as Coach and Burberry glasses (prescription, but can be changed out), as well as a tray of costume jewelry. * STERLING SILVER IS NOT HALF OFF. IT WILL BE 20% OFF*

OFFICE/ART ROOM:

Where to start in here? SO MANY ART SUPPLIES! Before you even walk into the room - large canvases and sketch books! Inside there are paints, brushes, MORE sketch books/pads, canvases, colored pencils, folding easel, EVEN MORE BOOKS, ART BOOKS and mags, bookcases, smaller metal filing cabinets, printer/scanner, office supplies, laptop desks, larger "L" shaped desk, monitor, notepads, spiral notebooks, foot massager for under your desk, office chair, greeting cards,  printer ink refill kits, handheld recorder, blank dvds, rubber stamps and inks, some camera equipment, Large/red and black glossy cabinet - would be neat for lots of different uses, tripod, kids art supplies, lots of different art mediums, bagged art supplies/ office items/ notebooks/ canvases/ cds! Security cameras, sewing supplies... this room is PACKED and impossible to mention everything - you just have to come see!

MASTER BEDROOM/CLOSET/BATH:

Perfect F/Q white wood bed frame with European cotton mattress, simple white wood dresser, vintage ballet shoes, silver plate picture frames, coastal style art, smaller antique dresser/side table, pillows, throw with rabbit design, Victoria magazines, Asian paper umbrellas...

Large walk-in closet full of L/XL women's clothing and shoes, luggage, accessories, purses, men's Large clothing and accessories,

check the drawers in here... we had to utilize lots of them!

In the bathroom (full) - you'll find hair appliances and supplies, vitamins, health and hygiene items, back massager, perfumes (some may end up in the case in the LR), cosmetics, towels, medical supplies and much more!

BEDROOM TWO:

Would we even be doing an estate sale if we didn't have a Christmas room? Well... of course we do. Large, realistic looking faux tree,  Dept. 56 Dickens Village pieces, ornaments, stockings and other misc. NOT Christmas - includes  linens, Bulova mantel clock, some music supplies, folding massage table...

IN THE HALLWAY and PANTRY:

Hall closet is full of linens - bed and table! In the pantry off the kitchen you'll find more kitchen items - bakeware, storage pieces, some canning supplies and food goods.

GARAGE:

Photos look to be a bit of a mess, as it wasn't quite "finished" when it was picture time! But, boy.... is this garage FULL! SO MANY home and yard maintenance supplies/tools/chemicals, camping gear, emergency food supplies, ladders, folding tables, storage, light bulbs, pet supplies, stainless steel side by side refrigerator, folding chairs, exercise equipment, Nishiki and Alpina bikes, bike trailers for the doggos, lots of gadgets and fun things in this garage! IT IS PACKED!!

OUTSIDE:

Not shown - but here's what we've got going on... Teak dining table - needs a little love, 3 standing umbrellas, dog crate, directors chairs, flower pots and a few other surprises!

THIS IS A GREAT SALE! So many wonderful things for so many different types of folks!
