What's inside?

I'm starting on the end of the house, rather than the front.

WESTERN ROOM (or family room):

Slightly worn deep red leather oversized chair and a Drexel floral accent chair. Moving on to the decor - we've got SO MUCH FRANKOMA!  "Where western meets Mid Century". Several colors, shapes and uses. Two vintage wool saddle blankets, pottery, some 70's finds, monk collection (some great ones!), Norwegian plates, Southwestern and Native American style decor. Lots of books - old and new. Clothing! Pendleton, vintage and leathers.

Cowboy boots and hats, belt buckles. Lots of great SW and vintage art.

KITCHEN:

Our client used to work for Amour and it shows! SO much great advertising! Framed art, belt buckles, ephemera, cans and jars, hats - you name it! All in the kitchen nook surrounding a vintage lane drop-leaf desk. The Scandinavian theme continues as well... lots of dishware and decor items. Vintage kitchen as well! Mugs, drinkware, bakeware, knives and cookware. Serving pieces, cookbooks, food processor and much more!

DINING ROOM (front of the house):

Beautiful plum blossom Karastan wool rug, lots of pink and some green depression glass, silver plate, antique cuff boxes, Mikasa Spring "Amaryllis" dish set - so pretty!, beautiful hand painted pitcher and glass set.

LIVING ROOM:

Cute and vintage floral sofa - really well cared for - no issues! Vintage and modern coastal art, PERFECT Enid Collins "Papillon" butterfly box purse, lots of  Scandinavian cups and dishes, Signed Bobby Darin 45, vintage Peanuts comic book. Lamps and a small tray of costume jewelry.

OFFICE:

Lots of books! Office/computer supplies, vintage wall calendars, sewing and craft supplies, scads of great vintage ephemera, some camera items... this room has more than just the basics!

BEDROOM 1:

Lots of men's clothing and shoes (some vintage), records, blonde wood mcm dresser, some western decor. Don't skip the bedrooms... there's some surprises in them!

BEDROOM 2:

In the hallway between the bedrooms you'll find a bathroom full of hygiene and beauty supplies, along with some medical equipment.
Bedroom has another bed (I believe this one is adjustable!), linens, closet full of women's clothing and shoes - some great brands. L/XL clothing and size 9 shoes. Mid century hexagon end table, vintage and newer decor, purses and accessories

GARAGE:

The usual household/garden maintenance supplies and chemicals, yard tools, air compressor, hand tools, some power tools, electronics, super neat vintage croquet set, luggage, golf supplies and sets, Poulan lawnmower, some Holiday and everyday decor, storage and pet supplies. Garage fridge/freezer. Bins of household repair and misc.
