Description & Details
WE'VE ONLY GOT FOUR HOURS TODAY - LET'S CLEAR THIS PLACE OUT!
NO SIGN UP ON SUNDAYS
This weekend we have a super eclectic artist's sale!
The house isn't the easiest to get to and has a few issues... but what's inside makes it so worth it!
BUSINESS FIRST:
House is NOT on the main road. Signs will go out at 9:30.
First and foremost - there is NO parking in the driveway unless you are loading or need to be dropped off. Turnaround is difficult. Drive is one narrow lane and has curves. We will have people stationed at the top and bottom with walkie-talkies to communicate when a car is coming or going.
IF it is not raining, there is a grassy area that can be used at the top of the driveway - there is also parking on the main road (11th Ave). DO NOT PARK IN NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS OR BLOCK MAILBOXES.
Masks are not required, but suggested as home has had dogs and has some smell... but all items have been cleaned to the best of our ability. Items that retained odor were eliminated.
What's left inside?
LIVING ROOM:
Like I said, these were 2 artists! Not only that, they were collectors. This room features much of their art - both in painting and sculpture. There is also an abundance of interesting collectibles and Asian themed decor. Some features are: Jodie Bomberger ornaments, Mexican pottery, Asian porcelain pieces, Asian boxes/bowls/deities/figures, daguerreotype and tin type photos, 2 gorgeous cloissonne vases, Asian pottery and brass, papier mache parrot, small head/bust sculptures made by the home owner, painted and distressed red dresser, Asian style red barrel chair, painted black vintage cabinet (maybe was a record player at one point?), and much more....
DINING ROOM:
This room has the most colorful art! More of the client's original pieces and more interesting decor. Even more Asian pieces - wall art, brass, even more face sculptures, STUNNING hand finished pedestal table with ball and claw feet - done in a cool black and brown distressed finish - comes with 6 chairs and 3 (unfinished) leaves, wall cabinet with drop down desk in same finish, super cool similarly finished smaller cabinet with floral carvings and red knobs, 2 leaded glass windows. There is a marble top in the room that can go with the rusted cast iron base by the front door (priced separately).

Really cute mix and match vintage Mikasa (and more!) dishes and mugs! Some brightly colored, some more subdued, black, pottery... just neat stuff! A few matching sets... including a crosshatch pattern of white unmarked china - super pretty!
