An Estate Sale For All Seasons - HALF OFF DAY!

This weekend is our last sale of the year… and we’re ending 2023 with a BANG!

This sale is a “sale for all seasons”. Why? Because we’ve got you covered all year ‘round with this one!

AND - EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF TODAY!  

Back to this Really fun sale… Room by room. 

Home is a tri-level.

LIVING/DINING ROOM:

We’ve got Fall/Winter covered with this room! Lots of Holiday decor - including an artificial tree, lots of ornaments (hope you like purples and blues!), stockings and more.  Vizio TV, wall art, super cool 80’s tall lamps, a couple of vintage Coleman lanterns (found after photos were taken), small accent tables and lamps, really pretty oval dining table - metal base and glass top - comes with 6 chairs - a nice upgrade before Christmas dinner! Beautiful black/floral Mikes “Tango” dinnerware, lots of blue/purple decor, nice barware, table linens, drink ware, art glass…. Lots of cool stuff in here!

KITCHEN:             

Kitchens are obviously all season! But this time of year they certainly get a lot of use! And with family hanging out in there more…. It might be time to upgrade some of your kitchenware! We have some really pretty turquoise pots and pans - matching canister set, cute/ blue toaster and teapot, some vintage pyrex, bakeware and lots of cookbooks to inspire your menu this year! (Don’t worry… there’s more kitchen where this came from).

AND - attention COCA-COLA collectors! We’ve got a load of goodies for you! (If you have a collector on your Christmas list - here’s your chance)…. 

Glassware, mugs, plates, bowls, bottles - including Christmas ones, old-time style radio, tins, napkin holders, ornaments, old wood bottle carrier,  puzzles, wall art, Two phones!,- I mean… the list goes on! There are some other goodies mixed in here - like a vintage milkshake mixer, accent tables and much, much more! 

There is also a light coloured modern display hutch - in grey condition - and filled with lots of pretty glass ware - including Mikes Clear Cheers! Don’t skip this - this is the time of year we pull out the “good stuff” - and you don’t want to be without it! 

TIKI AREA:                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Why Tiki? Well.. because we have a vintage Witco TIKI BAR!! Yes, the original leopard is still under that black vinyl! Comes with two fabulous carved stools, carved base and top. Not light! Back of bar is open with shelves for storing all that rum… I mean soda. (BAR IS PENDING)

And here’s where Summer happens… LOTS of beachy decor! Attention Parrot-heads! It’s Margaritaville up in here! Barware, cocktail recipe books, Tommy Bahama plates, fish decor, shells, even beachy Christmas!

There is also a really nice/modern bar height table with two chairs (with backs!), half moon black accent table,  IKEA built-in-style wall unit - very pretty, lots of blue/green/white decor… lots of cool little knick knacks tucked away in this room! 

UPSTAIRS:

OFFICE: 

Another room for all seasons! But we do seem to stay in and read more during the cold months - and if you like mystery books - we’ve got your winter entertainment! That’s not all… Lots of home and garden project books, nice/black/modern corner desk with shelving, REALLY great antique Underwood typewriter, pen sets, office supplies, HP Officejet pro 8600 -these things are so pricey new!, older tablets, phone, Kindle, Brother vintage sewing machine, two sewing baskets full of goodies, nice office chair.

Also a closet full of men’s and women’s clothing!

BEDROOM ONE: 

This sale is also for you clothes horses!!! Mostly smaller size clothing - shoes from 6-9.5! This bedroom has a walk-in closet FULL of both! There is also a queen(?) sized bed with pretty metal bed frame, really nice vintage look dresser, corner accessory etagere - best way I can describe it - but it is the perfect piece of furniture to display your favourite jewellery and accessories! This one has several pairs of really beautiful shoes displayed on it! Summertime art work, lamps, small tv, baskets of accessories, older roll top desk, two paper mache hanging birds, purses, backpacks and lots of pretty things for yourself - or for gifts!!! 

MASTER BEDROOM:  

It’s always Glamour season!! This bedrooms got it in spades. From the super glamorous wood and mirror bedroom set (all sold separately - but will discount if you buy all the pieces) - to the clothes/ shoes/ purses! Coach, Calvin Klein, White House Black Market, lots of NYDJ jeans, Betsey Johnson, Steve Madden, Sam Edleman and MORE! Most is in fantastic condition! When you have that many clothes and shoes - how could you possibly wear them out?! Once again - if you love purple - omg. You will lose your mind. Lots of other colours too!! There is also a Samsung tv and a bathroom full of nice hygiene supplies and goodies. 

In the hall way there is art and a large/ spinning jewelry- accessory cabinet with a full length mirror. 

DOWNSTAIRS: 

There are 2 bedrooms, a main living space, a laundry room and a kitchen down here! 

In the first room has lots of Christmas decor, a nice/modern dresser and a rack of men’s clothing. Larger sizes and some really good stuff! Cabelas two piece camouflage set - pants and jacket, Pendleton suede blazer, some Tommy Bahama shirts and more….

Next bedroom has a really nice king size bed loaded with bedding! There are also towels and artwork in this room. 

In the main living space we’ve got a pair of purple-y modern barrel chairs, a large deep brown ottoman, a black lacquered table, ergonomic (raises and lowers) desk - these are fantastic!, Dark brown cubicle style bookcase, more books and decor, salt lamps, some computer supplies, artwork and lamps. 

Here’s another kitchen! This one is loaded with small appliances, beachy/fishy dish set, bakeware, cookware, utensils galore, rolling butcher block cart, bar height drop leaf table with 2 chairs, another bar cart - natural wood and yet - another bar cart - gold metal and glass. Lots and lots of barware and bottles (most are empty and all are for display ONLY). 

That’s a LOT - and yet, we are not done…

GARAGE: 

There is absolutely no way I will be able to list everything in this garage. IT IS PACKED - and borderlining on a digger situation. It’s just SO FULL. Some highlights? Golf clubs/supplies, camping/fishing gear, TREK mountain bike, lots of electronics, standing tool cabinet, household maintenance supplies, some smaller power tools, hand tools, Pilates Pro Chair, nearly new Cyclace exercise bike - these got really good reviews!, ice maker machines, Wii with accessories and games, standing freezer, more kitchen items, decor and SO. MUCH. MORE. Do not skip the garage!! 

OUTSIDE: 

I know winter is just starting - but one thing is certain… Spring and Summer WILL be back! And before you know it! 

We’ve got all your warm weather (and some cold weather!) needs/wants out here! 

Greenworks pro 2300 pressure washer, outdoor bar set, yard art and pots GALORE, lots of plants, Charbroil commercial grill, outdoor patio heaters, outdoor chairs and other furniture, patio swing with awning, Master Forge outdoor sink with side burners - on wheels - but he is HEAVY - but what a great way to finish an outdoor kitchen?!,  wheelbarrows, bird feeders - there is SO MUCH! Definitely worth getting a little wet over. :) 

There is also a shed out back - and it’s also FULL! Yard chemicals and tools, large Frigidaire indoor/outdoor portable evaporative cooler - this thing works like a champ!!, crab traps, artificial tree, more camping supplies, storage, luggage, spray paint, small chest freezer, some furniture, lots of misc out here!! It was just too much to bring it all inside!!! The photos don’t cover the half of it! 

Out front there is more yard art, chairs, pots… etc. But, remember what I said about waiting till your name is called to mark it “sold”! 

I know it’s cold and miserable out… but, like I’ve said before - estate sales are the best way to get what you need/want, upgrade your home/ even buy gifts - while saving SO MUCH money! 

And saving money is always in season.
