LIVING ROOM:

Is everyone familiar with Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams? If not, you're about to be! We have got the MOST gorgeous furniture... and if you know - you know. It's all custom. The sumptuous teal velvet sofa *(not half off-but taking offers)... the pair of Kensington chairs *(taking offers) with the stunning upholstery. These will MAKE your room! They are truly statement pieces. (not cheap - so bring your credit card!) Ornately carved coffee, accent and sofa tables, cloissonne ginger jars and planter, Asian and French influenced decor. Pillows, faux floral, crystal vases and pitchers, lamps, delicate china accents, clocks - old and new, tiny Kaiser wildlife trinket dishes, pink depression glass, Harmony House white with silver trim china... Purses on the higher end side - Betsey Johnson and Coach. Locked case with sterling jewelry *(sterling is 25% off)- some Native and other treasures. Table of costume jewelry -Betsy Johnson, Chicos and more. Large tray of bagged costume jewelry - really cute things! In the hallway - you'll find a GORGEOUS very intricately carved display cabinet. I've never seen one like it! Even with it's small flaw (chip out of top right) - it's a show stopper. It's filled with LLadro, Wedgewood and a few other treats! Down the other hall - you'll find the gorgeous wood mirror over the hall table (sold) with monkey and Howard Miller mantle clock. Speaking of Howard Miller - there is a beautiful HM grandfather clock - working perfectly. Modern pieces mixed with vintage... how most of us live.. but maybe not this elegantly! There is a chic white long boy dresser - used here as an entry table. This is where you'll find the little Kaiser dishes, branches, vases, books (added later), candles and frame. HUGE floral art piece is at the top of the stairs in the landing.

Large, white shag rug holds the room together.

KITCHEN/DINING:

Dining side: Classic Hibriten dining set. All sold separately - timeless pieces. Display hutch - petite for a hutch with a gorgeous arched top. Expandable dining table - comes with pad that was cut to fit -  with 6 neutrally upholstered (seats) chairs, bar or small buffet with pull out front. All the blue and white! Vases, jars, planters, Rosenthal Classic white china beautiful and detailed white china accent pieces, crystal, silver plate, cut glass, cookbooks, rabbits - including Beatrix Potter china, faux floral and another ivory shag rug.

Kitchen side: So much happening in there! Talk about a mix  of pretty and practical. A little fall vignette featuring themed dishes and serving pieces and other accents. A beachy vignette with faux coral, sea shells, white dishes, distressed white corbels, glassware, our heron friend (more in Christmas). Bowl of beach themed Christmas ornaments - more in Christmas room! Loads of cuteness and usefullness - faux greenery, bake ware, cookbooks, cookware, small appliances,  several items NIB. This kitchen is SOOO good.

MASTER BEDROOM:

Oh ladies... prepare yourselves. ALL THE CLOTHES!!! Racks of nicer clothing - Chicos, JCrew, Banana Republic and so many more great names. Mostly sizes L-XL, but some smaller and some larger. The variety and the quality is amazing. And SO well taken care of. SHOES! Mostly 8-9, many with boxes. Naot, Brooks, Taos, Madden and much more. Relevant styles and again - practically new - if not never worn. Bins of purses and bags,  bins of scarves and gloves, bins of hats and socks! Wood and flocked hangers, art, silver plate, brand new lamps - white swirly glass - and so pretty! Delicate decor and frames. Beautiful and classic mahogany antique secretary desk, pillows, chandelier - hardwired. Beautiful ivory upholstered headboard with nail head trim. Bathroom full of towels, storage items, shiatsu pillow, acupuncture mat, spinal exerciser, happy light, bamboo shower seat, hygiene products, bin of even MORE shoes.

Walk-in closet has even MORE clothing!! Just packed. Nothing to donate here! Linens - down and down alternative comforters, pillows, pillow cases, tablecloths, towels, runners, quilts... It was tough to find space for everything - so it's FULL. And please - do everyone a favor - put it back where you found it if you don't want it! :)

OFFICE:

Well... office supplies, for one! Games, Cds and Dvds, books, laminated maps, a few dog supplies, faux cow hide rug, Harvard Classics, microphone NIB, other NIB electronics, newer cameras, SW pottery pieces, boxed stationary (let's bring writing letters and sending cards back!!) Super cute faux deer mounts on the wall!! ... lots of cool surprises in there.

CHRISTMAS ROOM:

This is nothing new... we always have one, right? Well... not like this one! This one is.... gah! Amazing! Whatever your Holiday style is... I'll bet we've got it. If you collect Dept. 56 Dickens Village (like Someone I know!) - you will go nuts in this room. SO MANY great pieces! And it's not just that. Gorgeous ivory upholstered headboard with nail head trim - JUST like the one in the bedroom! Gold and ivory angels, cherubs and Santas, impish elves, faux tabletop trees, pedestals, Pendleton cardigan for that Holiday work party, beachy Christmas ornaments, ornament/frame metal spiral tree, Christmas dishes, faux greenery, some vintage, bottle brush trees, wreaths, wonderful woodland Santas, white/weathered wood rolling shelves, bagged themed ornaments, napkins, Fitz and Floyd, nutcrackers, snowmen, silver/gold plate Jerusalem globe *(reasonable offers considered) - has been moved to Living Room - next to the locked case, fruits, fillers, oversized ornaments, bins of greenery and linens. Walk in closet of attached bathroom has even more. Centerpieces, boxed ornaments, paintable ornaments and Nativity, candles and SO MUCH misc. holiday!!

UPSTAIRS:

HALLOWEEN ROOM:

Hold on to your witch hats, this one has some fantastic stuff!! Dept. 56 - but make it spooky! I could go crazy in here, if I could shop it. Classy and scary decor everywhere. Lemax, animated decor, dishes, napkins and other party items, eerie faux floral, skulls, kitchen items, mini faux fireplace, mugs, candles, pumpkins, bones... Bethany Lowe flat wreath. Super cute black wood bench, pillows, antique square pie table with claw feet, sheets, throws, HUGE Timeworks clocks (one needs work) - but so impressive! Beautifully painted deep navy antique dresser - just perfect! Small tv with built in dvd and separate dvd player. Rack of super fun costumes - cheer, Geisha and more. Costume accessories and shoes, "Dead Men Don't Tell Tales" hat and back pack. Table of Thanksgiving/Fall decor - pumpkins, floral, centerpiece, small statues, linens.... pretty Ikea vintage look mirror.

CRAFT:

The weather will be turning soon and you are going to need something to do INSIDE. We've got a room for that. Loads of sewing supplies, ribbons, fabric, embroidery, scrapbook, stamps, rotary trimmer, fancy trims, bolted fabric, tapestry panels, pillow making... Dolls and doll making supplies, vintage baby items and clothing, tripods and pro lighting.. and the piece de resistance - the incredible armoire. She's a big beauty - but she comes apart for transport. Forget the closet, do it like the Europeans and have some class. ;)

GARAGE:

In the garage - you will find a huge assortment of goodies!

Starting with the 10 ft (?) flocked and prelit Christmas tree - what a beauty and what a deal! wreaths and wall florals *(not half off, but taking offers), garlands and more.
