No Pre-Sales: No items will be sold before the official start time.
2. Logistics & Moving

Bring Your Own Muscle: Buyers are responsible for the removal and loading of all large items and furniture. Please bring your own tools and assistance for dismantling.
Loading Deadline: All items must be removed by end of sale
Packing Supplies: Please bring your own boxes or bags for small electronic parts.
3. Safety & Liability

Enter at Your Own Risk: The estate is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
4. Entry & Conduct

Parking: Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
No Pets/Children: No pets. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
