Here it is! The ad for the SHOP!
ADDRESS IS:
11607 NE 43RD AVE
VANCOUVER WA 98686
LAST DAY - HALF OFF EVERYTHING*
Please note we will be closing at 4. If we have no scheduled appointments at our 3:15 slot, we will be closing at that time.
If you have already read our ad for the house, this is redundant.... but if you haven't, please take note.
We absolutely will be complying with our County's mandated mask requirement. We will have some on hand, if you need one. We will also be asking you to mind the social distancing requirement and stay 6ft apart. At the end of this ad there will be a link to our appointment sign up site. There are a total of 25 slots per every 45 minutes of the sale. We will be doing a quick sanitize between groups. Please limit yourself to one slot per day. Trust me... there's enough to go around here!
I know it's the 4th, but you might just want to stick around for a minute. This sale is nothing short of Amazing!
Just so we're clear... there is a house AND a shop. Not just any shop, but a 3200 sq ft shop packed with some of the coolest stuff we've seen in a while! Please note - the sign up for the HOUSE is in the other ad. THIS IS THE SHOP STUFF.
Holy cow though... this shop.
We were all losing our minds with this shop! Not just the hard work in getting it ready for you, but with all the great stuff we were finding! This is definitely not your average shop sale.
The shop is pretty much one big, open room... with a smaller room to the far left (if you are coming in the front).
This is the shop of a former Cadillac/Chevrolet dealer - and it shows! There are lots of vintage Chevy and Caddy awards/promo items/hats/key rings/a vintage Chevrolet TIE/loads of ephemera/posters/decals/brochures/forms/paperwork/etc.
And it doesn't stop there - A metal Lyon 77"x 36"x12" 144 Slot nut and bolt organizer from a Chevrolet Dealership (this thing could be used for SO MANY different purposes!) *this item is negotiable, but not half off. A Vintage Weatherhead counter top store display parts cabinet with measuring holes. *this item is negotiable, but not half off. LOTS of vintage Auto parts and accessories, Chevrolet, GM, Delco, AC, Signal-Stat, Dietz, Dayco. Good chemicals, lots of oil, including vintage GM additives etc.
Did I mention he was an autophile?
Because the magazines are insane. Hot Rod and Motor Trend magazines dating from the 50's to the 90's! BOXES of them!!
And he had an office back when office stuff was cool.
Vintage adding machines, Remington Rand, Victor, Burroughs. Vintage like new Vanguard Rotation machine. Vintage metal cabinets - 2 Lefebur - one locking with cash drawers (definitely would be cool used in other rooms - besides an office!), clipboards galore, Vanguard dictaphone (appears never used), another 8mm projector, BSR record player for a console, a great old desk, chairs, lots of lamps....
And he liked to play. A lot.
Scuba gear, wetsuits, tanks, regulator, Waterski knee board and tow rope. Fishing spear. Spear gun. Snorkeling masks. 10'x14' cottage tent. Framed hiking back pack. Maps, navigational measuring tools. Coast Guard Auxiliary flags and magnets. Really nice vintage Wizard standing fan. Vintage folding chairs. Vintage models in box, Bandaid, Hubley, Palmer, Industo-motive, Cox thimble-drome. Baseball glove and shoes, Goldsmith, Spalding, AHI, Russell, Wilson. Early 70s Peugeot tube special allege Peugeot 10 speed bicycle. Vintage bike pumps, tubes, and a set of fenders. Some 70s Rolling Stone, and KGON memorabilia. Mad magazines, lots of more interesting decanters and vintage booze bottles, Jim Beam, Walkers, Seagram's, Old Charter, Lancers, Old Forester, Heublein.
And then there are the tools...
Vintage power tools, vintage hand tools, Stanley, Blue Point, Van Dorn, Milwaukee, Work Ace, and of course, Craftsman. Some great Work Tables and carts - one that I favor in particular - stainless and shiny - would be awesome in a kitchen! A Black and Decker Workmate 400. Small Generator. Nice Vintage Air Compressor. Some great electronic testing equipment, General Electric, Eico, Kent-Moore, Willard, Powerstat. Definitely the coolest Vintage Lawnmower I've ever seen. A beast of a machine, a Large Briggs and Stratton motor on a bigger than normal push mower. We've got ladders, brooms, rakes, a wheel barrow, some large jacks, saw horses. A collection of electric motors. A Dayton Engine Hoist. A vintage Sears lawn sweeper, vintage metal and wooden tool boxes, household maintenance items, yard care..... waaaay to much to try and list it all!
There are also some great miscellaneous items!
Some great vintage fire extinguishers, Fyr-Fyter, Sno Fog, Anthes, and 2 GM branded. A few vintage vacuums, Eureka, Hoover, GE. Some vintage heaters, Arvin, Knapp-Monarch, Toast Master, Co-Z-Air. A Ward's Damascus Grand Sewing Machine. C/B radios, Sears, Royce, Sawtron, KracoVintage. Vintage tires (nice condition). Vintage rims. Vintage gas cans. New in box shop lights, security lights, and swing arm lamps. A vintage South Africa water bag, 2 great canvas bags, one is USN.
Pretty unbelievable stuff.
That almost covers it!
