The Perfect Autumn Estate Sale - HALF OFF DAY!

We're back in Vancouver this weekend with a really great sale! SO much great stuff in this house.... it's definitely worth putting on the list!

HALF OFF EVERYTHING**!!  - ALL DAY LONG!

BUSINESS FIRST:

NO LIST ON SUNDAY.

 The home will allow for 30 people at a time. Once the home is at capacity, we will allow one in for every one out. Please be patient, as we will get everyone in and out as quickly as possible!

MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.

LIVING ROOM:

Bring on the Fall decor! Lots of Autumn knick knacks, throws, candles and Charles Wysocki prints. It's time to get the house feeling warm and cozy! We also have LOADS of Raikes bears, bunnies, beavers and a raccoon! Vintage child's school desk, vintage decorator teddy bears.  A handful of Coach an Dooney and Bourke purses- very gently used.  

There is also a nice collection of air gun pistols and holsters. A US military Nordac holster and a Hunter 357 holster. Crosman American Classic 1377, Crosman 38T, Crosman Peacemaker Model 44, Crosman 454.

The star of the room is the incredible collection of Native American (some Zuni, some Navajo, signed) silver jewelry! turquoise strand, Zuni pendant with inlay, bracelets, petite point bracelets, rings... some really unusual pieces as well.

DINING ROOM:

Nice light wood dining table with 4 chairs, Mikasa dish sets (Intaglio and French Countryside), matching glassware, Charles Wysocki art (one numbered and signed) and books, shelves of crystal (some Kate Spade and Lenox), vintage Broyhill bookcase, Eden Pure air purifier/heater, Roseville, OH pottery mixing bowls....

KITCHEN:

Several pieces of Fiesta Ware, Southwestern style, cool vintage 70's glassware and kitchen items, Portmeirion dishes, glassware and serving pieces, cookware, bakeware, tin decanter sets, a few Halloween items!

BEDROOM (left side):

A sale for the clothes horse! Sizes M/L - lots of new/newer items! Bin loads of jeans (I think size 8?), nice sweaters and tops. Better brands like - Liz Claiborne, Pendleton, Croft and Barrow, Christopher and Banks. Really nice shoes - several new - size 7/7.5 - Clarks, Tommy Hilfiger, Franco Sarto - and more, scarves, purses, and a BIN (yes, I said bin!) of Vera Bradley purses/bags!!

Need an afghan or quilt? How about 5? How about 10? We've got you "covered"! It seems our client was an award winning afghan maker and we've got PILES of them! Lots of quilts too - but mostly store bought.

OFFICE:

Lots of things from Alaska! Books, souvenirs...

Cool vintage formica (wood look) and chrome dining table, games, several cribbage boards, contemporary oak bookcase and desk,  bins of cool pins, bumper stickers and vintage suitcase labels.

(The closet in THIS room is full of women's coats - really nice ones!)

BEDROOM (right side):

There is a really cool rattan day bed (trundle bed) buried under all the Cabbage Patch Kids! Tons of vintage CPK dolls, piles of Boyd's Bears, more afghans and lots of other goodies fill this room. There is also a really nice wicker chair that pairs nicely with the bed.

(the closet in this room is full of nice women's light jackets and vests - it's that time of year!)

DOWNSTAIRS:

FAMILY ROOM:

Nice, neutral color sectional, really fun vintage sofa (has a little damage - but workable), vintage latch hook wall hangings, vintage (70's) wall art, black media cabinet, cd's and dvd's, another vintage child's school desk, tons of books, 3 piece wall bookcase with storage, several framed and unframed Rie Munoz prints, vintage Drexel end tables (almost like cabinets or small dressers) and matching sofa table, MORE afghans! Carl Brenders framed fox print, lots of misc...

"KID" ROOM:

Drexel "Declaration" twin head board. Sold separately - twin bed with mattress/box/hollywood frame. More teddy bears, Porcelain dolls, puzzles, games, vintage Disney (jackets/hats - from the 25th Anniversary/books/ephemera- from the 60's),

CHRISTMAS IS 72 DAYS AWAY!

and we have a Christmas room!: 

And will be even closer when the sale starts. We have got you for decor! BINS FULL of Hallmark ornaments in their boxes, bags of loose ornaments, SO MANY JIM SHORE figures! Most have boxes and are like new. Vintage latch hook wall art, crotched stockings, lots of misc. holiday decor, DOUBLE vintage child's school desk, more afghans, holiday stuffies, lights, wreaths and a really cute vintage vanity with stool. 

There is also a nice oak dining table in the room - but no chairs.

GARAGE:

Books, electronics, suitcases, Halloween/Easter/Valentines decor, Drexel "Declaration" king size headboard with caning, older Craftsman toolbox, Ryobi power washer, vacuums, Toro Rake and Vac, some gardening tools and supplies, some fishing supplies, household maintenance tools and supplies, lots of misc. out there. Outside there is a garden swing, ladder, and a few odds and ends.
