Security will be onsite and valuables will be removed from sale site.
Small home so entry will be limited at first - no lists will be honored, just line up.
We ask that you bring packing materials and boxes for fragile items as unfortunately we have very little onsite. If we do, we will of course offer it to you to use. We are not responsible for breakage or damage once items are in your custody.
Please bring or hire muscle to load your items, and please measure your vehicle to ensure items will fit.
Masks are advised due to a past mouse issue in the home in addition to (gestures) “everything else”.
Please do not park in the block nearest the home excepting for pickups arranged with us - sorry but there are very few spaces nearby, and we are trying to keep disruptions to the neighbors at a minimum. If items are in a lot or group, please do not leave items behind or dump items in unauthorized areas or on the property.
All items are guaranteed to be as described and as advertised. We take description of flaws and properties seriously and do our best to show real condition in photographs.
We are not able to be online while we set up a sale and are not always available for questions during that time.
All items sold "as is, where is"; all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchange items.
We are not online during sale hours. We are not normally able to answer pricing questions during setup or sales.
