Beauty and the Beads - and EVERYTHING ELSE!!

I am not even kidding when I tell you this is a massive sale!

We've got THREE houses on one lot! Ok, in all fairness... one is now pretty much empty. But, you've got the huge main house AND the guest house! Not to mention the garage, the shed and the rest of the outside! It's pretty crazy and you won't want to miss this.

Why beauty and the beads? Well... you'll see. Let's just say that if you like making jewelry - you will want to make this your destination this weekend.

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a list placed outside the house at 9am on Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name - ONE NAME per # - PLEASE. We will line folks up at 9:45am - in order. We will let in as many as the house(s) will yield safely and comfortably. If it becomes too full, we will resort to one in, for every one out.

PARKING will be across the street, or wherever you can find it safely and legally. PLEASE DO NOT park in the circular driveway. Front of home will be reserved for employees, loading large items and dropping off folks with mobility issues. Please be careful crossing the road, as it can get busy.

Please also note that the home does have a good security system with cameras. It is not recommended that you snoop around on off hours.

LIVING ROOM:

If you love rattan/wicker/bamboo furniture, you will Love this. We've got a gorgeous dining room set, sofa (hide-a-bed), pair of cozy chairs, round accent table, coffee table and a beautiful hutch. Such a great summer style! In the entry there is a marble top hall tree with caned details to compliment the rattan. Summer is all over this room! Pretty dishware, teacups, sweet decor, pottery, MCM copper coffee set, Fitz and Floyd rooster cookie jar and matching salt and pepper. Barware galore! German beer glasses, margarita glasses, wine stoppers and aerator, bags of cool paper coasters. Gardening books, classic books, Bose soundbar, vintage linens and much more!

DINING ROOM:

Really pretty oak harvest style table with leaves and 4 chairs, MORE ROOSTER decor and dishes, farm style decor, huge oak hutch with lighting, crystal and glass wine glasses, German steins with lithophane bottoms, pretty serving pieces. STUNNING silver fox fur coat with zip off bottom for making it shorter... it's incredible.

KITCHEN:

Adorable dining room table with really leaves built in underneath. The prettiest sage green and natural wood. Soft colored dishes, glassware, serving pieces and decor. Super cute bakers rack made of wood and caning - I've never seen one like this and I'm into it! More dishes, bowls and decor surround it. Chickens and roosters galore in this kitchen!! You name it... you can find one with a chicken on it. Some vintage and lots of modern. NIB items, linens, fruit themed dishes and decor,cookware, bakeware, serving pieces.Pair of rattan and wicker barstools. This room is FULL!

Not pictured is the pantry and laundry room. Pantry is packed with bakeware, small appliances, bins of utensils, storage ware, pots and pans and LOTS on NIB items!Laundry room has household maintenance items and chemicals.

MASTER BEDROOM:

Literally, a clothing shop!! TONS of women's clothing - in various sizes. Some vintage - mostly newer. But the vintage we do have.... SO good!! Fur coats, German clothing, cute house dresses. Wonderful kimono hanging on the wall. Baskets of purses - Lots of eel skin purses, scarves, wallets, faux Gucci and LV, 2 real (as far as we can tell) Gucci and Dior shirts, vintage and newer shoes, hats, belts, accessories. Amazing apothecary style dresser with large, round mirror. This baby is a showstopper! Asian decor, wicker shelf, rattan chair, wicker SOFA (another hide-a-bed). Large bathroom off the bedroom has lots of hygiene products, some cosmetics and bath items, newer and vintage towels and other surprises.

BEDROOM:

Classic bedroom furniture - refreshing lighter stained wood dresser, headboard (sold with mattress) and nightstand. All in great condition. Sewing and knitting items, craft kits, another closet full of clothes and shoes, cute oak secretary desk, feminine decor, linens, antique sewing machine in table, Singer "Little Touch and Sew", craft books and so much more!!

JEWELRY ROOM:

Ok, this will be a little bit of a thing. This room will be manned by one of our staff and we will only be able to allow a few in at a time - please limit your time to 20 minutes so that other customers can shop it! Right now the photos don't show much - because I have been working at home on sorting and bagging tens (hundreds?) of pounds of beads, findings and anything you need to make jewelry! Loads of stones, Swarovski crystals, art glass beads, books, kits and SO MUCH MORE. ALSO - already made jewelry! Our client used to have a jewelry shop back in the day and we have LOADS of her beautiful pieces. Spoon handle rings and bracelets, earrings, necklaces and some other costume jewelry as well. We will likely put a basket of costume jewelry in another room as well - so you can take your time looking.

GARAGE in HOUSE:

SO FULL!!! No joke. LOTS of tools! Power tools and hand tools. Lapidary machine, RoboVector, hydrolic shop press, dovetail jig, Hitachi table saw, Yamaha power washer, DeWalt shop vac, bins and shelves of hand tools, home maintenance supplies and chemicals, jewelry making tools, scrap wood, ac unit window unit, tool boxes, power cords, honestly... too much to try and mention it all! There is also holiday decor (some vintage glass ornaments), motorcycle helmets, decor, candles, lawn chairs, Ion Job Rocker, NIB golf bag, some kitchen items, lots and lots of misc. Garage fridge and a really nice freezer. BINS of silverplate flatware, We were still working on it when we took photos, so it looks even better/fuller now!

YET ANOTHER HOUSE:

Sweet little one bedroom guest house on the property. Also full! Bedroom has sweet brass bed headboard (sold with mattress), cute linens, MCM dresser, dolls, pretty decor. Living room has a hearty leather sofa that reclines! Older wood coffee table, lots of books (several in German), DVD's, Cd's, VHS, small tv, DVD players, office supplies, RECORDS - some really great ones!, toys/games - some vintage. Kitchen is small - but loaded with new and vintage items.

OUTSIDE:

Please - do not shop the yard with your SOLD tags before your name is called. There is a lot to see and most won't be visible until after 10am. Yard tools, lawn furniture, chipper, tiller, lawn mower, wheelbarrows, TRAILER, umbrella stand with umbrella, pots, table top grill, pool floaties, ladders, yard art. Under the huge canopy shelter (also for sale) there is even MORE. Yard tools, exercise equipment, gas cans, yard chems, air compressor, bikes. There is also a small shed full of camping, electronics and some kitchen... as well as another mostly empty house where you will find the vintage refrigerator and some other things.

THIS IS HUGE!! I can HONESTLY say there is something for every taste/need.
