Gorgeous Estate Sale in Washougal - HALF OFF DAY!

We're back and ringing in the New Year with a beautiful sale in Washougal!

We really wanted to have this one before the Holidays (when you see the photos, you'll see why), but it just didn't work out. But, we are super grateful to be hosting it this weekend and we think you're going to love it as much as we do.

LIVING/DINING ROOMS:

There are so many gorgeous things in this house that it's hard to know where to start. I'll begin in the living room, since that's where we will be stationed. In there we have a Stunning, creamy, dreamy, velvety Henredon sofa. It is in great condition and super comfy. There is a Dynasty (Drexel) Asian inspired coffee table (also great condition - actually - everything is in really great condition here!). We've got a sweet Bergere Drexel chair in neutral tones, lots of artwork, antique bench/sofa table loaded up with cranberry glass, old books and other vintage goodies. Drexel lighted display cabinet, Drexel dining table with 2 leaves and 6 chairs with light green velvety seats... the table is topped with all kinds of pretty dishes,  Lenox, tea sets and more. Off to the side there is a Drexel fold out bar with storage - also topped with cranberry glass and classic books . Along the back wall there are some Christmas dishes, wonderful Dept. 56 advent VILLAGE, lots of candleholders, silverplate, brass, glassware, crystal, serving pieces, wintery trees and more treasures. On the other side of the room is a cute little (Drexel?) cabinet topped with with more nice decor displayed on it. There is also a really cute antique cabinet, rugs, lots of throw pillows and some sterling silver jewelry going into a small cabinet that will be near the cash register.

In the entry way you'll see an antique rocking chair with mauve-y upholstery that has a small, matching stool. 

KITCHEN:

I swear, everything is pretty in this house! Even the practical stuff. We've got lots of pretty/practical items in the kitchen - as well as lots of pretty decor that's not so practical! Lots of white, light greens, clear glass, vintage Sunbeam mixer, pots and pans, small appliances - including a Keurig. In the nook where a refrigerator normally is there is an amazing accent table loaded up with copper and other metal items - teapots, colanders, decorative pieces, pottery and more. copper molds, baskets and art are on the walls around it.

On the huge kitchen island there are lots of blue and white dishes and accent pieces, cast iron waffle maker, steins, serving pieces, teapots, pottery trivets, wooden utensils and some ironstone. Back in the corner there is a table (table is family's and not for sale) but all the amazing items on top of it are - lots of great pottery, baskets and wooden birds! There is also a set of nice chairs around it that are for sale.  Watch for nice art and interesting wall decor in this area.

FAMILY ROOM:

Fabulous flokati wool rug (it does have a hot cocoa spill that is hidden under the sofa - but from what we understand - it can absolutely be cleaned! Or, just do what we did ;)

On the built in shelves we have lots of great pottery, natural decor, books, wood decor, sand art, metal and much more - all in a beautiful SW theme!

There are a few home electronics in the cabinet - if you are looking for something like that!

There are a couple more accent tables with lamps, baskets, bowls, vases and other really nice decor items.

ART ROOM/OFFICE:

There are shelves of fabulous books - classics, newer novels, art books, books on the SW and Native Americans. Lots of decor in there as well - more pottery, SW art, local paintings (many the owner did herself).  Nice/wood/vintage desk, art supplies - painting/drawing, some office supplies, projector, mat cutter, lots of unexpected and great things in there! In the hallway there is a beautiful wool runner from Atiyeh brothers, more art, shelf of coffee table/ other books and pottery, wine rack with glass table top.

MASTER BEDROOM:

The bed! This one is a beauty! Drexel canopy bed (yes, we have the top slats) - so classic, so pretty! Comes with a mattress and box spring in great condition - I believe it is a queen size. There are two matching end tables (super cute style), a pair of slipper chairs, artwork, pillows, lamps, some decor.

CLOTHING! Small sized clothing and shoes (shoes 5.5-6.5) - and they are wonderful! Several pairs of cowboy boots, clothing and shoes in great brands - Carol Little, Chicos, Coach and more. Nicer pieces, purses, some bath products. ... the walk-in closet is packed full and if you are a petite gal - you're going to go nuts!

BEDROOM:

This room is on the romantic side... vintage bedframe with really nice mattress and boxspring - full size, matching tall boy dresser, cute/brown upholstered vintage chair, small smoking cabinet,  artwork, cupid base - marble top table, cupid statues, closet of newer - nice coats - Columbia and others, pretty decor pieces - china and glass, lots of newer and vintage linens.

GARAGE:

Not your typical garage stuff! We do have some tools and chemicals, but there is a lot of decor out here!

Tables of really nice Christmas decor - ornaments (some vintage), Santas, trees, angels - and boxes of Christmas underneath those tables.

There is a wall of framed art, a bunch of loose art - some are the clients (who was very talented!) some are known artists. Red glass, green glass, pottery, stained glass lighted house, tables, lamps, frames and mats, a pair of cute/white rattan chairs, some fall decor, VHS, CD's, Christmas dishes, vacuums, rocks and shells, lots of cool things out in the garage.

OUTSIDE:

Outside table and chair set, a few small tables, lots of pots - some really nice ones, too!, rattan loveseat and chair, metal lounge chair, yard art, concrete art, huge concrete bench - you will need to move this one! It's cold out and might be wet - but definitely check out there before you go!

This is a really beautiful home and it is clean. We will have adhesive down on the carpet - but we still ask that you be mindful of the floors. We really want to keep the home nice after we leave!

This is a beautiful sale and we are so excited to be back!
