Parking is on the property. OFF SITE PARKING AT YOUR OWN RISK. DO NOT BLOCK ROADWAYS OR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. USE CAUTION IF WALKING DOWN THE ROAD.

THIS SALE WILL START AS APPOINTMENT ONLY for the first two days DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. PLEASE SEE THE SALE DESCRIPTION FOR APPOINTMENT INFO.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time.

Please bring helpers and an appropriate vehicle to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment. Please consider tipping our crew if they carry heavy items out for you, but we prefer you to move items yourself.

CASH or CREDIT CARD or VENMO. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.

We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. Fine Jewelry is typically only 30% off on Sundays. However, Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.

If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.

Please be aware and compassionate that we are usually having a sale for a family that recently lost loved ones. As such, sometimes our clients decide last minute to withhold certain items for sale due to sentimental reasons. Although we try our best to photograph only what is available to sell, sometimes things get missed. Thanks for your understanding.

Welcome to THE RUSTIC CABIN. This IS A SINGLE LEVEL HOME and the sale features just about everything. Rustic decor, jewelry, fishing decor, holiday decor, cabin decor, antiques, ephemera, copperware, yard decor and yard furniture, tools, etc. We look forward to seeing you!

First off, here is some logistical information:

Address for the sale will post at 9am on Wednesday. Public Sale opens Thursday.
House is monitored via alarm system. Caretaker onsite. Do not disturb.
There IS NO list for this sale. Gate opens at 8:15am. Please do not block road or gate as our staff need to enter first. Please note:
PARKING IS ON THE PROPERTY AND ADJACENT PROPERTY. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS OR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. THIS IS A PRIVATE GRAVEL ROAD. DRIVE SLOW AND FOLLOW PARKING ATTENDANTS.
We do NOT share the address ahead of time, BUT THERE IS AN APPOINTMENT DAY ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 26, DUE TO THERE BEING SO MUCH STUFF. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
