Part TWO of our FULL HOUSE Estate Sale in Washougal!

We're back at it this weekend!

It's PART TWO of the Washougal house! This time we've opened up the whole place! (minus a couple of bedrooms, since our client still lives there)

We've put out LOADS of "new" stuff and kept quite a bit of the what we had last time. AND - everything from last time has been specially marked and will START OUT AT HALF PRICE! Yes, this means if you missed it last time... you still have a chance!

BUSINESS FIRST:

Yes, there will be a sign up sheet that will go outside the home at 9am. You will be responsible for adding your name. We will line folks up around 9:50, in order of sign up. IF the house does become too full (we're only using the upstairs this round), we will resort to one in, for every one out.

Parking is tricky! You cannot park in the circular driveway during the sale. That is going to be for employees and large item pick up. You are welcome to drop off folks who might have a hard time walking. There is parking nearby, but please exercise caution. The neighbor is allowing for parking at his place, but we are still working out how that will work. Hopefully by Saturday morning, we will have that sorted.

Someone is 100% living in the home, so PLEASE do not disturb outside of sale hours. The man needs his sleep! ;)

I MUST DISCLOSE - this house was smoked in. Not for some time, but it did happen. We have done our best to clean every item that we came across. However, you may still smell some residual smoke.

Back to the sale...

LIVING ROOM:

It's totally different in here! This round is softer... lot's of garden inspiration and a more "feminine" vibe. Angels, religious iconography, florals....

Gorgeous terrarium, lots of crosses, mirrors, cats, pretty upholstered bench, Coach and Dooney bags, MORE Princess House, birds and birdcage decor, lovely Lladro piece, different art than last time, lamps, cute/vintage wicker chair, sweet vintage oak dining set, candleholders, pretty linens, HUGE and I mean it - basket of costume jewelry, bronze look lions, plant stands... a small case of fancier treasures. (some sterling rings and more!)

DINING ROOM:

We've still got some Blue Willow- we've even added in some more pieces! Lots of pieces... selling by groups, rather than the entire set - as we've got different makers and years. Nice ball and clawfoot oak dining table. Princess House, crystal, (large glass display cabinet is NFS), some Americana left over from the last sale - some we just brought out, Roy Rogers memorabilia, silver plate flatware, lots of fresh finds in this re-invented space!!

KITCHEN:

NOTHING IN THE CABINETS IS FOR SALE. Since our client still lives here, we had to stuff his things in cabinets. There will also be a counter that is OFF LIMITS - don't worry, we'll make it clear for you. All the usual kitchen suspects - bakeware, pots and pans, small appliances. PLUS fun practical and decorative items. I spy a polka-dotted Pyrex! Fiber optic cactus, fun and colorful dishes and glassware, lots of utensils. This kitchen turned out cute again!

OFFICE:

WOW. This room is packed with great things! All the SW style left over from last sale is here - HALF OFF. Plus, we found MORE! We rolled with that theme and made it even better with a SW Mission style chair, BEAR rug, Pendleton pillow, lots and lots of Mexican blankets, more pottery and sheepskins (including car seat covers), and Bear decor!! This might be my favorite room this round.

BEDROOM:

Another closet full of clothing! We donated most of what was left of the clothes and brought out more. Shoes again - mostly size 8, mostly the same furniture as before (1/2 off), pastel linens and decor - like I said before - a softer vibe. Super sweet.

OTHER STUFF:

Asian inspired decor in the hallway, fresh finds in the bathroom and a TANNING BED! You will have to ask about the bed - as it's in an "off limits" room. You will have to see it with a staff member. It works!! It was very difficult NoT to use it!! We've also got the deck ready for you to shop. And some different things out front.

PLEASE DO NOT START SHOPPING OUTSIDE UNTIL YOUR NAME HAS BEEN CALLED.

IF YOU GO TO THE DECK - PLEASE STAY OFF THE LOWER PORTION AS IT IS TOTALLY UNSTABLE AND NOT SAFE.

DOWNSTAIRS:

It's open for shopping now! LOTS of Christmas decor, candles and oil lamp supplies, TONS of VHS and some DVD's, lighted hutch, wooden wine rack, wooden folding shelves are available on Sunday, 2 leather Lazyboy recliners, gray IKEA sofa - sold as found, lamps, more art and sculptures, reclining sofa, metal and glass coffee and end tables, Toys! Real life looking dolls, vintage toys and some newer, matching oak end tables and other small furnishings, 2 flatscreen TV's, some office and craft supplies, sewing machined (one new in box) and sewing supplies, big box of yarn, books, picture frames. LOTS to see down there!

There is a huge laundry room FULL of stuff! Cleaning supplies, household maintenance and some tools.

GARAGE:

It's open for shopping and it is PACKED! Small power tools, loads of hand tools and sets, tons of chemicals/painting/yard supplies, helmets and other sports equipment, vintage Radio Flyer - another out front, pet supplies, some decor, some camping, lots of kitchen items - some new/some vintage - big red tool box and fridge/freezer NFS.

This one is going to be even more fun than the last one!! It's a gorgeous drive and I'm willing to bet you find at least one great treasure!!
