Due to COVID-19 we are using a number system. We will have numbers available at the home the morning of the sale starting at 6am. Please have your number ready at 9:00am and line up with social distancing practices in numerical order. We will be letting people in as space allows according to the size of the home.

Once you have your number we would ask that you not gather around the home in large groups, and we would appreciate if you would wait in your vehicle until the sale opens.

We ask that people line up leaving 6 feet between them and practice all CDC guidelines so everyone can enjoy a safe and fun sale.

Masks are required!

We would prefer to take credit cards during this time.

We accept cash and all major credit cards, sales tax will be added. We do not accept checks. We are licensed with the State of Washington and will be collecting sales tax. Re-sellers need to provide a copy of their State of Washington re-seller permit.

Please make sure you are happy with your item/s and have examined them before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Please watch your footing, as thresholds, stairs and flooring can be uneven in the home and grounds. Bed knobs and Broomsticks Estate Sales or the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents or personal damage.

We may be able to help you load items that you have purchased but cannot guarantee we will have time or help available. You should plan on bringing your own help when picking up your larger items.

As a reminder, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that happens to your purchase, either by your own fault or another customer's fault.

We suggest that you bring your own bags and boxes. We do not guarantee bags, boxes or packing materials for all customers.
