PARKING INFORMATION Yes, we have parking! Parking is available on-site for our Cherished Chapters sale. If our main parking area is full, additional parking is available across the street in the grassy area. Guests are welcome to drop off passengers at the sale entrance before parking, especially anyone who may have difficulty walking longer distances. PLEASE KEEP BOTH ENTRANCES & EXITS CLEAR For the safety of everyone attending, do not park in or block either entrance or exit at any time. We need to maintain clear access for vehicles entering and leaving the property. GRAVEL EXIT One of the property exits is gravel and has steep sides along portions of the drive. Guests choosing to use this exit should use caution and do so at their own discretion based on their vehicle and comfort level. PARKING ACROSS THE STREET If they so choose, guests may use the additional parking available across the street. Please use extreme caution when crossing the roadway. There is no designated pedestrian crossing associated with the sale, and guests choosing to cross the street do so at their own discretion and risk. Cherished Chapters cannot assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or other incidents occurring while parking, using the gravel drive, or crossing the roadway. Please drive slowly, watch for pedestrians, and be courteous to other guests. Thank you for helping us keep the parking areas and entrances safe and accessible for everyone. All sales are final. Items are sold as-is and where-is. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or warranties will be provided.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards as well as any of tap to pay. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is provided. Card processing fees may apply.

Please bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials, and a suitable vehicle for the removal of large or heavy purchases. Cherished Chapters staff cannot guarantee assistance with lifting, loading, disassembly, or delivery. All purchased items must be removed by the designated pickup deadline unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Please be respectful of the home, property, neighbors, staff, and fellow shoppers. Children must remain supervised at all times. Entry may be limited to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.

Cherished Chapters and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or lost or stolen personal belongings while attending the sale or removing purchases.

Prices are established through research and consideration of condition, demand, and current market value. Discounts, offers, and negotiations are available only at the discretion of Cherished Chapters and may vary by sale or sale day. Please do not remove price tags or relocate items.
