Please contact Sheryl via text or phone if you are driving a long distance for a certain item as occasionally an item is retrieved by the estate family prior to the sale beyond the control of those conducting the sale. In addition, large items and furniture are often posted on Craig's List and may be sold in advance of the sale as entire estate/moving sale contents need to be cleaned out in the few days following the sale .
