Cash, good local checks accepted. Loading help available Fri. & Sat. Sale starts at 9:00 AM, Signup sheet will be out at 5:00PM the night before the sale. Admission the morning of the sale is by the list only, until the rush is over.
To clarify the sign up procedure; You must be in line to sign up on Thursday. You may put out a marker to keep your spot , but if you leave the premises, I am not responsible if you lose your spot. Those that spend the time to stay will bump you to the back of the line. You may sign up one additional person when you sign up, but only one other. I can sign people up by phone, if you call or text me BEFORE 5:00 PM Thursday, but only after those waiting on sight have signed up.

OR , FROM THE WEST TURN RIGHT ONTO HILLCREST ( BY ZAVIER) AND THEN LEFT ONTO REID. No junk in this well kept home. It is a pleasure to be putting on this sale and you will be glad you came.
