A limited number of people will be allowed to enter at one time.
Social distancing of 6 foot rules will apply both inside the property and outside the property while waiting in line.

All sales are final no refunds or exchanges.
Please inspect all items carefully!
Bring bring help to load large items or make arrangements to have them removed no later than the last day of the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our employees are NOT able to assist in loading your vehicle or with removal of purchased items from the house.
Parking on EAST side of Lake Drive only. Home is on east side of Lake Drive located on private road. No parking on private road allowed unless you are picking up purchased items then you can park in driveway to home only. Violators will be ticketed! Please be courteous and DO NOT block mailboxes or driveways. Monday is garbage pick up.�� Lakeshore Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents.
