The house is full of three generations of good finds to include a very nice assortment of antique furniture from the 1800's to the 1930's. Bureaus of walnut with carved pulls, primitive pine four drawer, 6ft tall bureau with early pulls and hankie drawers, early cedar lined blanket chest, stick and ball fern stand , easeland shelf unit, walnut round drop leaf table and three board drop leaf table , assortment of chairs, wicker and more.
The highlight of this sale is the vintage clothing from the 1890's- 1970s. If you collect vintage clothing mark your calendar for this sale. Favorites to include party dresses, prairie style, funky 60's to include embroidered smock tops and dresses, many prairie dresses, lingerie, lace, linen and muslin dresses, children clothing to include a cowboy outfit in red with white from the 60's. sports shorts from the 60's vintage knits, Victorian white garden skirts and silk embroidered blouses, nautical themed sweaters, hats to include 1930-40's , one peacock feather, straw hats, men felt hats, men wool coats, tweed suit jackets, few high heel shoes, ties, ladies gloves, 100's of scarves, purses, belts, hankies, two rooms plus full of clothing of vintage and some better recent. sized vary most large to some earlier pieces size 6 .
Large amount of costume jewelry to include lava cameo, bake lite, gold filled and 14kt gold, sterling, vintage early 1900's to 1960's some designer pieces, also found a white metal match keep Billiards theme. Due to many pieces being of good collectible value.. limit of people in the jewelry room at one time for a good shopping experience.
Folk art and quilts to include a log cabin quilt ( early homestead creation of silks 1860) , fan log cabin style quilt ,
embroidered quilt with children at play, yellow and white quilted pattern quilt, whirly wigs, carved tables with fish hand painted, wood carved fish on lure , pecking chicken toy, whrily wig of a "Bobbie", Uncle Sam, Duck, and man sawing wood, mounted tin cut horse on wood plateau- antique, carved fish on plateau and other wooden novely.
For the upcoming Easter holiday. beautiful cut and pressed glass antique and other serving pieces. You can get them for such a good price, why not? Bowls, platters, wines, serving trays and even a egg plate.
