Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer. Items not removed within 3 days of conclusion of auction will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee. A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by Thursday following auction.

Shipping Instructions: We do all shipping in-house to keep the expense at a minimum we charge a handling fee of $5.00 but that can be combined on a multiple purchase buy. We use either USPS or UPS depending on size and weight requirements.

Should a dispute arise between BELOIT AUCTION SERVICE and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
