Online purchases requiring shipping must be paid by credit card. We do the majority of our shipping in-house & bill separately for those charges.
For Monthly Estate sales: Cash, approved check, Visa, M/C, Discover, or
Debit. 2% discount for cash, check or debit. 17% buyer's fee for on-line purchases.
There is no sales tax applied to any out of state purchases that are shipped.
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer.
Our normal payment procedure is to collect payment for your purchase by charging the credit card with which you registered on the secured Beloit Auction site. If you wish to use a different payment method, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Your shipping costs will be a separate charge to your credit card by the shipper unless you make other payment arrangements with them. Items not removed within 3 days of conclusion of auction will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee.
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. BELOIT AUCTION & REALTY, INC. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall BELOIT AUCTION & REALTY,INC. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by Thursday following auction.
Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Rock County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between BELOIT AUCTION & REALTY, INC. and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin.
Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against BELOIT AUCTION & REALTY, INC. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. BELOIT AUCTION & REALTY, INC. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. FIREARMS: All purchases of firearms must be processed from BELOIT AUCTION & REALTY, INC. through our Federal Firearms Licensed Broker to another Federal Firearms Licensed individual, broker or dealer. There is a $5.00 per long gun & $15 per hand gun processing fee that will be charged for each firearm you purchase. This fee is in addition to any and all buyer’s fees and shipping, insurance and handling fees. If you are the successful bidder and are unable to comply with Federal Law and the NIC’s approval process you will be charged a $25.00 no-sale fee for each firearm you have purchased. Make certain that you have made arrangements in place before you purchase a firearm online!
