Items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
While staff may be available to assist with loading, buyers are ultimately responsible for the removal, loading, transportation, and securing of all purchased items.
Assistance loading large or heavy items is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
Please bring your own help, tools, straps, blankets, and vehicle for oversized purchases. Delivery may be able to be provided for a fee.
Bags, boxes, packing materials, and wrapping supplies are not guaranteed. We recommend bringing your own.
No public restrooms are available.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons, vehicles, or property while attending the sale or loading purchases.
Merchandise cannot be held without payment or deposit.
No waitlists, Entry times and procedures announced by sale staff will be strictly enforced.
Prices are subject to change and discounts, if any, are determined solely by sale management.
Sale management reserves the right to refuse service and remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, customers, or the property.
