Signup sheet available at 9am on 1st day of sale. Only the Landmark signup list will be honored, form an orderly line before 9am and sign up in order. Any persons trying to create, enforce or transfer their own sign in list will not be allowed into the sale. All sales are final, no returns or refunds. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover accepted as well as cash. Landmark employees are not responsible for moving or delivering purchases. You must supply your own transportation and "muscle" to move items.
We do not reveal pricing and there are never any pre-sales before the sale begins.

Most items are priced, some items may require bids. Bidding on silent auction items ends at 2pm on the second day of sale.
If you have tax exempt status, you must show proof by official card or letter at checkout. We do not keep numbers on file.

Welcome to a weird and wonderful sale in beautiful Cedarburg! This unassuming home is packed with all manner of interesting items. The previous owner was an artist whose father was an FBI agent and the grandfather was a prominent figure in NYC who was also close friends with President Franklin Roosevelt.
