ABSOLUTELY NO large bags allowed into this sale. We have the right to inspect all bags.
Lakeshore staff does not move furniture or large items. Please plan accordingly for purchases.

PARKING
Parking for this sale will be on the SAME side of the street as the home is located on only.
Do not block driveways or mailboxes! You must park at least 2 feet from driveways. Neighbors are not happy when they don't receive their mail.
There are fire hydrants in the area and you must stay at LEAST 15 feet from a fire hydrant or you may be ticketed.
Driveway is for pick ups only!
SIGN IN SHEET INFORMATION
Sign in sheet is available at 9am on the first day and final day of the sale!
ONLY THE LAKESHORE ESTATE SALES SIGN IN SHEET WILL BE RECOGNIZED FOR ENTRY, NOT A CUSTOMER GENERATED SHEET!!! A "WATCHED LIST" (This means a Lakeshore team member will be holding the sign in sheet and recording the names of all entrants)
IT WILL BE PROTOCOL ONE NAME PER PERSON PRESENT TO SIGN IN!
*Limited numbers of shoppers will be allowed into the property at one time.
