A short trip just north of the IL/WI border (8 min. from Richmond, IL will take you to an area of WI (Powers Lake) where entertaining and water activities prevail.  The extraordinary contents of this magnificent large (7200 sq. ft.) house reflect this.  Every item is in pristine condition.  

As you enter the home, the living room will be on your left.  Please .  note the original oil painting hanging above the fireplace.  It is by the late artist, RICK LAWRENCE.  The living room also contains LEATHER CRAFT couches in showroom condition.  The glass top coffee table, sofa tables, end tables are all glass topped.  Don't miss the tall artificial palm trees on each side of the fireplace.  There are 2 limited edition prints (140/295 and 197/295) by the Russian artist, V. OSTROSKY.  In addition, there are many other pictures and framed historic magazine covers, etc. throughout the house.  BARRY  ENTNER created a contemporary glass piece entitled "Loose Floral Table Group".  It is amazing!

MODELS:  We have MANY car models from an 1886 BENZ Motorwagon to a 50th anniversary of a 2004 CORVETTE.  In addition there are models of military eqpt., a 1971 HD limited edition (52/100) SUPERGLIDE motorcycle and fire engines.  BONUS:  There are original BOXES for these models! 

Speaking of MODELS.  Wait until you see these.  In the heated garage are 2 model vehicles just waiting for your child/grandchild to drive around the neighborhood (on the sidewalk, of course).  The batteries are charged and they are ready to roll!  

For the SHIP MODEL enthusiast, we have those as well.  Some include the USS CONSTITUTION, the TYPHOON Sea Craft, the ROYAL CAROLINE ship, the FRIESLAND ship. 

Other artists being represented at this sale include RADKO ornaments; SWAROVSKI; CHANG; German Christmas ornaments, etc. 

There is also a WURLITZER juke box that plays CDs.  The juke box has matching mini speakers.  Speaking of speakers, the sound system in this house is PHENOMENAL and is also for sale.  While listening to music you can pop some popcorn in the popcorn machine. 

If the popcorn makes you thirsty, the house has 2 bars with bar accessories.  For the "wine snob" we have a dispenser that will hold 8 bottles of wine; 4 red and 4 white in a chilled area.  Simply hook up the tank to each wine bottle and hit the tapper! 

Furniture includes 4 HOWARD MILLER oak and glass curio cabinets with glass shelves;  a pin-striped sofa and chair; an oak dining room table with 3 leaves to entertain your whole family for holidays; a round glass top pedestal table with 4 upholstered chairs; white wicker girls' bedroom furniture with twin beds, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers; a SINGER sewing machine with case; oak twin bunk beds; a leather LAZY BOY hide a bed and an upholstered LAZY BOY hide a bed.  

For the sports enthusiast, you are at the right place.  We offer a full size pool table and lamp above; a foosball table, a domed hockey game; ice skates; golf clubs and hard cases to transport them on planes; a BOCCE ball game; 2 curling stones; an ERNIE BANKS folding chair autographed by "Mr. Cub"; a COMPETITOR 580 weight bench; life jackets, wet suits, flippers, etc.; some fishing eqpt; a "clear" canoe;  

We also have a SONY large, wall-hung, flat screen TV (we have the stand for it as well); a KENMORE side by side refrigerator with water dispenser;  

A patio table with 6 chairs;  WEBBER grill;  picnic table; as well as other outside furniture.  Don't miss the gravity driven conveyor.
