Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, and check with identification.(3% up charge for credit card or check.) We do not except checks from out of state bidders. First time bidders must have a valid form of identification to register. First time out of state bidders must have (2) forms of identification. 5.6% sales tax applied to all sales, unless supplied with seller resale number or out of state online bidder. 10% buyers fee applied to all in-house sales. 15% buyers fee applied to all online sales. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with absolutely NO reserves. If you are able and within distance, we encourage you to make it out to analyze items in person. All items are not refundable or exchangeable. No if's, an's, or but's. Silver Springs does not pack and ship anything. We however will coordinate with a 3rd party shipper of your choice to pick up items you may have won. All in-house bidder must pay night of auction. All online bidders must pay within 48 hours after the auction ends otherwise their items will be forfeited. All items must be picked up within 10 days after the auction date. Any items not removed will be charged a $10.00 per day storage fee for up to 30 days. After the 30 days your item may be donated or resold at the discretion of Silver Spring Estate Services, Inc. We remind you not to bid, unless your 100% about an item. We can not stress enough for you to do you own due diligence prior to bidding. Everything in this auction is sold with absolutely no reserves! Great chance for online sellers or people with store fronts to get great deals on brand new quality inventory! We will start out the night by selling an absolutely fabulous collection of authentic Southeast Asian Indian clothing. Every piece in this contemporary collection is ether new without tags or with still with tags. All of the Pakistani contents came from a local Kenosha, WI distributor. This collection seems to entail a wide variety of items such as salwar kameez, kurtis/kurtas, hand bags and purses, tunic blouses, and more.

Background Information: The soon to be previous owner of this La Naturelle collection had a store in Miami, Florida. Things did not go as anticipated and they were then forced to close down the store. They then shipped down the inventory to their relatives here in Wisconsin. Just after a few shorts months of cluttering the relatives living space Silver Spring Estate Services, Inc. was called and hired to clear out the clutter and liquidate the contents through auction Thursday, May 18th, 2017.
