Auction Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

ALL pick up times will be assigned to the winning bidders, we will work you to schedule a time that best fits your schedule. 

Please provide your own help for loading your purchased items.

Terms:
Payment to be made in full the day of pickup. Bidders paying with cash will be charged a 10% buyers fee, Bidders paying with credit card will be charged a 14% buyers fee

SHIPPING: ** PLEASE READ ** Shipping will be available for this auction, however, all shipping charges will be at the expense of the Buyer.

Shipping expense to include but not limited to:
* $5 handling fee per lot
* Actual Shipping costs
* Buyer must indicate if they wish to have and are willing to pay for insurance, otherwise none will be provided.

If items are too large for conventional small parcel shipments ie. USPS, UPS etc., the Buyer must call the office and make shipping arrangements. We will partner the winning bidders with a trusted and respected shipping service to handle these larger items.

Once a Buyer places a bid, it cannot be retracted, please bid carefully, by bidding on an item, you are entering into a legal binding contract. ALL PROPERTY AND ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS" WITH NO WARRANTY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY GOODS OFFERED IN THIS SALE. THE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION CLOSING SOLBERG AUCTION AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL ATTEMPT TO DESCRIBE THE MERCHANDISE IN ADVERTINSING, ON THE INTERNET BUT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLBERG AUCTION, BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING MADE OR IMPLIED AND WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOLBERG AUCTION WILL NEITHER BE HELD RESPONSIBE FOR ACCIDENTS, OR ERRORS, DELETIONS OR OMISSIONS. NO CREDIT OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY FORM OR AMOUNT. THE BUYER RELIES EXCUSIVELY ON HIS/HER PRE-AUCTION INSPECTION AND EACH LOT IS SOLD WITH ALL FAULT AND DEFECTS THEREIN. THE BUYER SHALL THEREFORE TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUME ALL RISK OF SAID ITEMS FROM THE TIME THE AUCTION COMPANY ACCEPTS THE FINAL BID FROM THE BUYER. PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE YOU BID.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP: Any item not picked up on the day(s) specified, will automatically be charged to your credit card. If after seven days the items remain un-Picked up they shall become the property of Solberg Auction with no refunds given. If you are unable to pick up your item(s) on the specified dates and times please call to make arrangements for pickup prior to the end of the sale by calling 651-503-2377.

Under no circumstance shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Solberg Auction, if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the ending of the auction. Solberg Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from anyone or any source. Solberg Auction, reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
