S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:
A number entry system will be utilized the first day of the sale and will be available on a first come/first serve basis, one hour before the sale starts (8 a.m. on Friday). You must arrive when the sale starts to line up based on your number. Numbers that are not present will be skipped and be required to go to the back of the line. There will be no early sales. We will limit the number of people in the home at one time. If the weather is bad (rainy/snowing/muddy), you may have to remove your shoes. Please remember you are a guest in someone else’s house. No pets are allowed (except for service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children. They MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times or you will be asked to leave. The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so please arrange for pick-up of whatever you plan on buying. In fairness to all customers we will not give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.
Terms and Conditions: Cash & In State Checks are accepted. A $30 charge will apply for NSF.
Credit/Debit cards will be accepted based only on internet reception and only for purchases over $10.00. (All Credit and Check transactions will require a signature & phone number.)
Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law.
