Under the unique circumstances that COVID19 has brought to our communities we will be abiding by our limited amount of people allowed in the house at one time.
Hand Sanitizer will be located at the check out table for your use.

S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:
A number entry system will be utilized at this sale on Friday at 8 am (one hour before the sale opens). There will be a tote with numbers in it on the front porch. We will allow a limited amount of numbers in the house based on occupancy in a safe and efficient manner, especially now during this difficult time. There may be a wait time for entry. Please get in line on a first come/first serve basis on Saturday. There will be no early sales. Please remember you are a guest in someone’s home. No pets allowed (except for service animals). Please use discretion if bringing children and please keep in mind with only 20 people in the house, there may be customers waiting to get into the house. Children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times or you will be asked to leave (this is for their safety). The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so PLEASE arrange for pick-up and help of whatever you plan on buying, especially large appliances and furniture. In fairness to all customers we will NOT give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.
Terms and Conditions: Cash & Local Checks are accepted. A $30 charge will apply for NSF.
Credit Cards will be accepted based only on internet reception and only for purchases over $10.00. (All Credit transactions will require a signature & phone number. ALL CC TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SIGNED BY CASHIER WITH A FIRST NAME AND COVID SO GERMS DON'T TRANFER TO OUR CC TABLET.)
Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law.
S&H is Not Responsible for Accidents.
All Items are Sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
Please check your purchases thoroughly before buying. All Sales are FINAL.
