The first customer to arrive on sale day will initiate a preliminary sign-up sheet. Each person thereafter will sign the 
preliminary sign-up sheet according to the order in which he/she arrives. After a person has signed, he/she is free to go 
back to his/her vehicle or even leave the scene of the sale if he/she feels comfortable doing so. 
HOWEVER, he/she must be back to the location of the sale at 8:30am for the disbursement of numbers. At 8:30am, a 
sale representative will read the preliminary sign-up sheet aloud and hand out paper numbers to each 
individual according to their position on the sign-up sheet. For example, if you signed up as number 6 on the preliminary 
sign-up sheet, your name will be called at 8:30am, and you will collect the number 6 ticket from the sale representative. 
If you are not present when your name is called, your number will be given to the next person on the list. After all the 
names on the sign-up sheet have been read and numbers have been given out, the sign-up sheet is no longer used. A
stack of numbered tickets will henceforth be used in place of the sign-up sheet. From this point forward, each additional 
person who arrives to the sale must collect a number according to the order in which he/she arrives.
Sale doors will open at 9:00am and guests are allowed entry in increments according to the paper numbers.

Only one name may occupy each number on the sign-up sheet. For example, if you arrive in a party of two, each 
individual in your party must sign up for a different number.
